Extremely friendly, very new Boutique Hotel, within the local neighbourhood, about 10 min. Stroll to Pub Street, only down side, very safe lane way, but bumpy dirt road still to be made. Rooms very clean, comfy bed, big bathroom, great water pressure for rain shower.
B&B no food served at any other time, but okay with us.
Breakfast adequate, choice of cooked Asian ( fried rice, or noodles both very good) or Western style (eggs however you like them, these were all done to my liking) plus set up on a table other food groups, toast, cereal, only 2 though, muesli with a yogurt would be a great addition), there is fresh fruits local deserts, other savouries, changing the spread a bit daily.
Owner Of Hotel wonderful guy (Mony speaks English very well) is always very obliging, other staff, "Lay" helps guests, her English is an asset to the Hotel, with all the guests, as with all staff, what happy people you all are, had the pleasure of many chats to Mony, Lay, Lim, Vuth, plus the other staff, Tuk Tuk drivers, to all "thank you". The most friendliest establishment, and staff are only too happy to organise anything for you.
It was our Wedding anniversary while here, the staff did a lovely flower decoration on the bed while we were out, we were so delighted, certainly just added to our celebration!!! Memorable.
Beautiful Clean pool, free wifi, library of books to read, a lot of little touches.
You get to speak to many other guests as the Hotel has only 12 rooms.
We did stay in another larger Hotel while in Siem Reap but it was a different experience as well.

Mony and staff, keep up the good work!! Good Luck!!
Fay & Ian.

Room Tip: 1st floor for views.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the bathrooms are nice and the whole place was immaculately clean and well maintained.

There is no fitness center nor a spa but they offer in-room massages. Apart from the complimentary breakfast the hotel does not serve food at all throughout the day. This became a problem when it rained really hard on our 2nd night and we had no choice but to go out in a tuktuk to get dinner. Beware of the free pick-up. It is only free when you hire the tuktuk driver to take you around the temples the next day.

Room Tip: The first floor rooms are the best - closest to the pool.

beautiful boutique hotel. 12 beautiful rooms with luxury bathroom. very clean and well maintained. very friendly reception and service.
one small flaw though: their access road is -well let's call it- under construction. which is a pitty. it could be perfect because of its quiet location just out of city centre. shame about that road.
overall: great place to stay for very decent price.
very recomended!

This little hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are lush with a very comfortable bed, spacious rooms, and gorgeous large bathrooms with separate bath tub & shower... quiet air con & a large tv with decent choice of channels. Lovely swimming pool (although it wasn't cold). Breakfast was ok but personally I would have liked yoghurt & fruit.
The hotel is a short walk from the main town pubs/restaurants but you can take a tuk tuk for $2
Staff were great, really friendly & attentive. We did the sunrise Angkor Wat by tuk tuk which I would definitely recommend.
The hotel also helped us book our onward to travels to Phnom Penh
Would most definitely recommend staying here.
