“Great Location”
Reviewed 3 November 2010

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel, location is A1, very close to market, pub street etc, Rooms good, quiet at night thanks to double glazing, stayed in main part of hotel (swimming pool side). Used pool all 3 days, especially after getting back from the 2 that we spent touring and sight seeing, pool was not big, but was very refreshing and also very clean.
Staff were very accommodating re- drinks/lunch etc. (even when it was pouring rain)
They must have thought us mad. Breakfast was quite good, considering the price of rooms. Did not eat Dinner or at restaurant, as there are many to choose from within 50-100 metres of hotel.
They even packed us a great boxed breakfast the morning we decided to leave for Angkor Wat at 5am.
Overall good value/ quality hotel.
Would stay again if ever in Siem Reap

We stayed five three days. The room was very great, clean and comfortable. The hotel was in the centre, convenient, pubs and restaurants surrounded. The wifi was free. Very kind staff and helpful. Enjoyable stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of September. I chose it because of the location which is indeed excellent. It's not quite what it looks like in the picture - what looks like a drive is in fact the road and the hotel is in fact on both sides. The room we had was fine - roomy and at the front of the hotel. It was double-glazed so very quiet. The air conditioning was rather fierce (we got colds). The shower over the bath had decent grab handles which made a change. The breakfast was adequate without being exciting. The hotel didn't ask if we required transport or a tour to the Angkor Wat complex which I thought was a bit unusual. We organised our own taxi! Didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

My partner and I recently stayed at the hotel, while it is a great location and some of the staff was friendly, you do have to walk over the road to the pool. The hotel is on two sides of the street so if you want to be on the side with the pool you have to make the request. In the five days we were at the pool not once were we offered a drink of something to eat. There was alot of movement by various staff all the time chatting between themselves not at all friendly towards any of the guest at the pool. At breakfast time it was frustrating as they keep running out of food and not replacing any of it. The room was clean but at no time did the staff wash or mop the floors. Over two days there was a private party held by the owners, children screaming in the lobbies and at breakfast. The staff couldn't cope and as a paying guest I felt we should have been treated with more respect.

'Like'
1. Location is great - centrally located near to pubs & restaurants, less than 5 mins walk to old market , less than 15 mins walk to Angkor Night Market , massage center... can find food at anytime from 6.30 am to 1-2 am...
2. Room - comfortable bed, clean room and toilet (a little bit of mould is found in toilet ceiling), good room size for double , hot shower available with bath tub, hair blower in toilet., over 80 channels tv --- a reasonable 4 stars room facility
3. Free Wifi service @ room - The hotel only offers free Wifi at lobby, but as our room is at ground floor near to lobby, we have the wifi service as well. Two thumbs up !!!
4. Gym room is available
5. Staff are friendly and helpful, but not able to communicate fluently in English - They tried their best ...
6. Price is very very reasonable for all above quality...We booked really early and paid about <50 USD a night.
7. Quiet - although is in city centre, is not located at main street.

'Dislike'
1. Room is cozy, but not bright enough for reading at night - suitable if you wish to rest/sleep in room all time..
2. Swimming pool - is clean but extremely small.
3. Breakfast - I never have the chance to try the breakfast but was told that the breakfast was not good and offered cold food..We ate at restaurants for breakfast all the days there.
4. Wifi connection is not good most of the time. But on occasion that is available, the speed is excellent.
