The staff and hotel were both outstanding, i loved the overall look and feel of the property (color scheme, pool, aromatherapy). Best of all was the excellent service from the time you arrive and throughout the entire day. Each staff member was fantastically training to make "me" feel important. The Spa experience was also, fantastic, it was at their "sister" property just across the street at the Shinta Mani Club, prices were very reasonable the experience was quit and professional.

Room Tip: I stayed in the main building which made getting to breakfast and the front desk much easier. The o...

this place has the most gracious staff. Any time you arrive, they greet you w/ a cool, fragrant towel and state "welcome home"......the bedrooms and bathrooms are great, the pool area restful and the food they serve is delicious. One of the most lovely places I have ever stayed at......

Room Tip: I had a great corner room on the 2nd floor

We loved our 2 days visiting the Angkor Temples and Shinta Mani was the perfect complement. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are nice and all around a lovely swimming pool. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating and always willing to help. We also had a couple of meals plus the included breakfast and the food was excellent.
Loved it

As we drove from Siem Reap airport the rows of very large hotels increasing in size and grandeur each with many coaches parked outside caused some consternation. We were here for some serious Temple watching and in between visits we needed to relax and recuperate rather than find our way around busy hotel complexes. It was also the last leg of a touring holiday and we wanted to go home feeling buoyant. Then we turned into the Shinta Mani Resort, and were greeted warmly with smiles and cool flannel. Some organisational problems which we had encountered at the airport were lifted from our shoulders and sorted soon after. Our smart, modern room was very welcoming and we were delighted to find that the large swimming pool was just through our own terrace doors. We took every opportunity and sank on to comfortable loungers just as a waiter arrived to pour us cold water in blue crystal glasses. It set the tone of our Shinta Mani experience - understated high quality, excellent staff and a regular "welcome home" greeting after our hot tiring trips which never failed to make us feel better. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: All rooms seemed good. The ground floor ones were nice and easy after climbing Temple steps!

Decent room and very good location in Siem Reap. Service is OK, and the staff arranged transport and dinner booking for us. Breakfast pretty good with plenty of fresh fruit and cooked breakfast options. I would recommend this Hotel.

We have been lucky enough to visit more than 30 countries and this is the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff, rooms and hotel facilities were beyond expectation. The General Manager is extremely personable and treats his staff like they are his adored children and they are all very happy in their work. Great location, too.
