We recently stayed at your resort and loved it. Service was great, rooms clean, good location.
We had 2 ground floor adjoining rooms - we just walked straight out to the pool.
Appreciated the cold towels every time we arrived back from a steamy trip out and about.
Beautiful flower displays.
Loved the fact they had worked with locals at Green Gekko to make feature artwork in lobby!

Our stay at the Shinta Mani Resort was AMAZING. The Resort is beautiful! What really made this place stand out above all the places we staye on our trip to Southeast Asia was the service. The staff is so in tune with their guests. They anticipated our needs and were so very friendly. I have never had such exceeding delightful service at any hotel. Here is a list of some of the great things we experienced at the Shinta Mani:

-cold towels every time we arrived and cold waters
-offered to clean our hiking boots after a day in the mud around the temples
-anticipated our every need
-I was not feeling well and a staff memebr asked if I needed them to call a doctor or if they could bring me some hot ginger tea
-the General Manager Christian recommended 2 great restaurants we loved: Sugar Palm and Abiccus
-anytime we passed anyone on the staff they were bowing with there hands together saying hello, good day and asking what are your plans for the day.
-the room was very comfortable and with cool modern decor
-the pool at the resort was huge and refreshing
- the breakfast every morning was delicious and complimentary

In a heartbeat I would stay here again if in Cambodia.

Room Tip: The Shinta Mani Resort is on one side of the street and the Shinta Mani Club is on the other. We stayed two nights at the resort then switched and satyed two nights at the club. The rooms are all beautiful but we did prefer the resort side. It seemed newer and the rooms were larger.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Shinta Mani Resort in Cambodia, the hotel is well situated in the town of Siem Reap and only a 5 minute ride to the centre.
The staff and manager of the hotel offer excellent service, good food, clean spacious rooms and free filtered water.
We would give this hotel 5 stars.

My daughter and I loved our 5 night stay here. The staff are the number one feature of the hotel. They are amazing. We also loved the facilities, the pool, the services, the food, the location and the cold face washers everytime you walk in the door!! A short walk or tuk tuk will get you into the heart of town. Having finished my OS trip in Cambodia I don't think I have ever felt so relaxed and thankful that my travel agent recommended this hotel.

Have had the great pleasure of spending just over a week at Shinta Mani! Customer service is excellent and the staff really go out of their way to look after guests! Tuk-tuks on call, restaurant advice, dealing with sick kids (including get well note and flowers), gluten free requests, bookings for other activities, there really is not much they cannot do for you!

The pool area is a welcoming oasis after the heat and a day of temple viewing. Cold water and lovely fresh fruit served at the poolside along with clean towels makes the perfect end to a day. Kids enjoyed the DVD selection and player in the room at nights.

The rooms are very well equipped, only small criticism would be there is not much drawer space if you are staying longer than a few days.

Breakfast a good selection and the rest of the meals delicious and beautifully presented. You also have use of the facilities of the Shinta Mani club across the road.

It is a short walk or tuk-tuk ride to the market areas of town but nice to be out of the activity!

Would definitely recommend a stay here! The staff definitely make the place!
