Super helpuful staff, clean room. Pool was nice after hot day of walking around, but could be cleaner. Location near the center, but on quiet area. However there was some construction next to the hotel with some noise.

We stayed at the Ancient Angkor Villa for 7 nights in April 13. Check in was easy, friendly, happy staff. Everything was ready for us. Big clean room, good bed, clean sheets and towels. Air con, cable TV, Fridge and safety dep box. Good (small) pool with shade. Breakfast included with choice of having at Villa or across the road at Ancient Angkor Hotel (very friendly staff here as well). Location is great, 5 - 10 minutes to old markets, Pub Street etc. Location is nice and quiet at night. Free wifi and 2 bottles water daily.
Many small local drinking and eating places close by if you don't want to go to Pub St or crowded restaurants.
Had a great time with the friendly staff who were very helpful and always with a happy smile. We would stay here again

Room Tip: Any of the rooms would be ok, this is a great value place

My boyfriend and I (mid-20s) stayed here March/April 2013 for 4 nights. The price was a little above our travelling budget but we managed to negotiate a slightly reduced rate for a 4 night stay which was really kind of the staff to consider.

The room was big, spacious, airy and light. The bed was really comfortable and the whole room was spotless as was the hotel and the surrounding grounds. The pool area was lovely too albeit a little small. Really great location, about 5 minutes from Pub Street and the majority of bars and restaurants for evening antics.

A special mention to the fantastic staff whose warmth and hospitality were second to none. My boyfriends birthday fell on one of the days we were staying here and we were told to go to the sister hotel at 7pm on that day by one of the senior staff members. We arrived to the beautiful roof top bar and enjoyed complimentary cocktails and a delicious birthday cake. This kind of service was so unexpected yet so appreciated by us both. We were incredibly touched by the kindness of all the staff.

Highly recommended.

One of the cheapest hotel with a nice pool in Siem Reap, close to the center, good rooms, very good breakfast (take it at the other hotel to choose yourself at the buffet), friendly helpfull staff and jacuzzi in the pool!! What else do u need? Bicycles for rent in front!

Room Tip: if you want an even nicer room, there is one on the ground floor, for a bit more money, but it s a bit darker than the basic ones on the 1st or 2nd floor of course.
