This place is awful! The rooms are very simple considering the price. The breakfast is awful. My A/C didn't work but the front desk staff didn't believe me. I had to have the manager come to my room to check for himself. Upon confirming the malfunction I was told to "just use the fan". The customer service here is tragic at best.

Room Tip: Check to make sure that your air conditioner actually works and that the towels provided don't s...

Stayed one full week in Siem Reap and were pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was included and was very good. Good location and only $25.00/night. Angkor Watt was absolutely fantastic. Spent two days in that area and could have kept on looking more.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and once again we were not disappointed. It has been redone since the last and now is even better... The thing we like most about staying here is how friendly and accomadating the workers are.. We truly felt like we were staying with family.. You know you love a place when you leave it is hard to say good-bye.. From the service to the homey feeling and the food to the wonderful staff this will continue to be a stop off for us every time we travel Cambodia.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the front, as this is a very busy street..

The room was nice and there was hot shower. But the air conditioning did not work very well. It was a good thing we were there in November instead of the heat of summer. Both the young men at the desk were very helpful. We liked the hot buffet breakfast which cost only $3 per person. I especially enjoyed the Haw Mok (Amok) the cook made for dinner at their hotel restaurant. Loved the fragrance of the Lime leaves in it.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the bar below.

Nicer than we thought it would be. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The furnishings are a little on the old side and bathroom wasn't very clean but had plenty of hot water.
When we booked on Agoda it advertised:
•Tea/Coffee making facilities which is just a kettle!
•separate shower & tub but was just a shower
•hair dryer but wasn't in the room
•balcony but neglects to mention it's a communal balcony
Just annoyed when you choose a package because of certain amenities only to find they don't exist!
But overall it was clean and quiet!

This hotel is nothing special, but it is very cheap. We payed 75 USD for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 children breakfast included. Rooms were good enough and AC worked nicely. At the time of the stay the power went out for a few hours, but as we were about to go outside anyway it didn't bother us. If power faillures bother you maybe Cambodia is not your travel destination anyway.
The hotel does not have a swimming pool but the River Garden hotel lets people swim for free as long as you buy a drink (or purchase a beverage). This will cost a family of 4 about 4 USD for every swim, not including 2x1,5 USD for the tuktuk.
At the hotel you can book a boattrip and other excusions, but you may find them cheaper in town (near the old market)
There is a balcony on every floor, but you will need to take som chairs from the hallway.
Mini market is just around the corner.

Room Tip: Maybe with bigger children two 2-person rooms will be better than 1 3-person room + extra bed.
