This hotel is just an average hotel in siem reap which caters to alot of tour groups and gets very busy during peak seasons. This is more than obvious by the jaded attitude of the staff, namely the ones at the front desk. Smiling seemed to be an effort or they just dont bother.

We needed help trying to get in touch with the tour agency who arranged our local airport transfer - the number was based in phnom penh and the voice recording was in the native language. We asked the front desk for help and they were very unhelpful. At first they refused to help us call and kept dismissing us by telling us to call ourselves from our room. When they finally and very reluctantly agree, they informed us that we will have to pay the charges because it is a long distance phonecall.
The whole incident was compounded by the front desk staff's unfriendly attitude, no smiles, lack of eye contact and they did not bother hiding how they felt we were wasting their time.

Another poor impression we had was our experience with their on-site spa - Gingko Spa.
On our last night, we decided to give it a try. My therapist was okay, but my friend's therapist was terrible. She kept trying to engage my therapist in conversation, and at one point, she had one hand massaging my friend, and the other hand holding her handphone to her ear conversing. I actually looked over and did a double-take at the unprofessional service.

We arrived at this hotel which we booked through Agoda. the reception had no knowledge of our booking at all. It all got sorted eventually and we went to our rooms. We had upgraded to suite as it was our last 2 nights in Cambodia. Shouldn't have worried, a standard room would have probably been better. We had a tiny high window, not really a suite room. 2 old pillows on the bed. On the whole hotel is tired and needs money spent on it. Breakfast was good as was the pool area. If we ever returned I dont think it would be our hotel of choice

Room Tip: don not accept a suite room with the little high window

I am very happy with the choice of this hotel which is very attractive. The room is a lovely size, clean, comfortable and I have a beautiful view of the pool. The pool itself is large and in a nice setting. Only problem is it is now 10.30 and the sun has just come up over 3-4 sunbeds, the rest remains in shade for another couple of hours so if you enjoy early morning sunbathing, get down there by about 10 am. Good wi-fi in the room which is a total asset as came from Thailand where it was almost impossible.
Fabulous location, 5 mins walk to the market and Pub Street where there is an abundance of good restaurants, massage, jajajajaja.
I am leaving today for Thailand again and reception obligingly allowed me a later check out. Nice staff. Would stay here again

Spend 2 nights (27-28 Jan 2013) at the hotel. After seeing the #98 ranking in Tripadvisor, I wasn't sure what to expect. It turn out to be surprisingly good. Both room and bathroom is decent size. Clean. And there is free wifi in the room that actually work. They even provide bathrobe and slippers to make it easier to get to the pool and back. And like the other reviews say, it is 10 minutes walk to the night market and pub street. I quite like its location. Breakfast is decent. Nothing special to shout about but enough to fill the stomach for those long walks around Angkor Wat and temples. I would recommend it to others.

Rooms large. Hotel staff pleasant. Location about 5min walk to Pub St where you are spoilt for choice with dinner options. Tuk tuk drivers out front if you wish to go anywhere further. Overall would recommend this hotel and would come back!

we booked 4 days and 2 rooms. we are on 4th floor. no problem with the rooms. however, I lost my iphone 4s case in the pool area around 1030PM. The hotel wasn't able to found or return to me. i don't know if the hotel staff pocketed it. But overall experience, it is very good. near the market, around 10minute walk

Room Tip: wifi is availble all throughout the hotel, except at room 410 where the signal is weak.

20 year old hotel, used to be 3 star but refurbished 3 years ago into a 4 star hotel. Can't say its really 4 star tot...
The staff will serve you a welcome drinks(pineapple) and warm tower during your check in. Really a nice touch.

Quite decent place, mini bar was empty, breakfast selection was small, tot it was nice to be able to eat by the pool side(beware of birdshot)

Bed was quite hard, but i notice this is quite normal in Cambodia. Door do not auto closed. Free Wifi. Really a decent hotel for the price.

but...it is the best hotel in its class in the best location! Just a street away from the Night Market and Adidas store(everything was at 50%) off!

Room Tip: The family room can fit 3 full bed. Worth it!
