“Best chocolate and alfajores in Natales”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

They have delicious pastries. It is just too sad that i discovered this place too late. At the moment i discovered it i became addicted. The only thing i did not like about this place their coffee. It is terrible and really expensive. They should definitely invest for a good coffee machine and good coffee. Otherwise, you should just buy your chocolates here and move to Kau lodge for a real coffee

“Best chocolaterie in Chile”
Reviewed 19 April 2014 via mobile

Found this place in a windy night at Puerto Natales and was thrilled to discover a chocolate beverage with piano and merkén (Chilean spice). Absolutely loved it and then came back once again for cake before I left. No regrets, go and try their homemade products. They also take care of their shop with much attention and care.

“Awesome Place”
Reviewed 31 March 2014 via mobile

This is a really special place - one of those rare ones were the owners have obviously put a lot of thought and love into providing a fabulous product. We loved it! Definitely worth visiting!

It is beautifully decorated and laid out with some gorgeous and delicious treats. There are so many amazing sweet things to choose from we found it hard to decide but went for the local hot chocolate with chilli and pisco - it was amazing - it blew my mind! We also had the trip hot chocolate with a range of sweet treats.

Service was friendly and attentive. They have an English menu and are open on Sundays!

Would recommend.

“A must for "Dulce"-Lovers!”
Reviewed 27 March 2014

Wow, we were blown away by the menu! Approx. 10 different hot chocolate specialties, homemade cookies and cakes, homemade chocolate treats (all the chocolate is self-produced) and the coziness of the place! We definitely ate too much - we couldn't help it! The place is authentic, menus are available in English, it is very clean and a great place to stay for breakfast or tea time!

“Coffee and treats in Puerto Natales, just off Bulnes”
Reviewed 8 March 2014

Patagonia Dulce is the perfect place to indulge your sweet tooth in Puerto Natales. In addition to a case full of decadent looking cakes, they sell little cookies and chocolate. The chocolate comes in three varieties (white, milk and dark) and many different flavors (peanut, raisin, poppy seed, peanut butter, cinnamon, various dried fruits ad coffee, to name a few). We enjoyed perusing the displace case while making our choices (white with poppy seeds - which was unique and tasty, milk with peanut butter - also very good, and dark with dried strawberry - a fun combination).

The drinks were also excellent. We split a cappuccino and a submarino (a chocolate bar submerged in steamed milk). The cappuccino was very well prepared but the submarino was amazing…no better place to enjoy a drink that is "all about a chocolate" than a store that specializes in just that!

The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful, even if Spanish is not your primary language.

Would heartily recommend this place for anybody looking for a treat, or even just a comfortable, quiet place to relax and plot the next stages of your adventure in Patagonia.
