I stayed here for one night this week with my husband and small baby. I found the rooms clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but sufficient.

Rodrigo and Gloria were excellent hosts. We are really thankful to rodrigo for organizing our trip to calafate at the last moment and also for sending my baby's bottle and phone charger that we forgot at their B&B to our hotel in torres del paine.

Highly recommend it!

Like many travelers to Puerto Natales, we needed a place to stay after we got off the bus from Calafate and before we departed for Torres del Paine. This time also involved dealing with a number of logistics such as renting a car, purchasing return bus tickets, and buying food and maps. Keoken is an excellent place to stay primarily because it’s proprietor, Rodrigo, is incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to ensure that guests are oriented to the town and have all the help they need. In the morning, he cooks up an excellent breakfast complete with bacon and eggs. He’ll even debate Chile’s macroeconomic challenges and Porter’s Five Forces while doing so!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cheery. Some even have great views of the bay.

Great bed and breakfast with very comfortable clean rooms and good location. Rodrigo was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful and made you feel at home. The breakfast was great and we will definitely stay here again if you return to Puerto Natales.

A great b&b with clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good breakfast in the morning. Whilst it may not be the most central hotel in Puerto Natales, the town itself is very small so everything is with walking distance anyway. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and provided us with a packed lunch for the next day at a very reasonable price. I would fully recommend it to anyone looking b&b that isn't too expensive but is comfortable and homely.

Our host could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Great location, walking distance to town. Great base for Torres del Paine. Very clean, comfortable and excelent breakfast. Rodrigo helped us with our 3 nights in the park. We left our luggage with him while gone and he did our laundry when we returned. Organized all our buses and pickups. Very helpful! Would stay there again.

Room Tip: Not many rooms so very intimate.

Lovely rooms (and the friendly - if slow! - owner gave us two doubles instead of the triple we had booked, for the same price), good location, strongly recommended.
Note that wifi wasn't working the first evening, which wasn't very convenient.
