“Great food, friendly staff”
Reviewed 7 October 2013 via mobile

Picked this restaurant at random for dinner and glad we did. The food was excellent, we had the lamb and salmon. Waiter was friendly and chatty which was refreshing. It's a must do in Puerto Natales!

“Delicious food”
Reviewed 26 May 2013

The food was delicious and attractively presented. The only disappointment was that is was not piping hot too. The service was attentive but not intrusive. On my budget it wasn't cheap ($100 for two including wine) but still definitely a place to go for a special meal out.

“Found it by chance - glad I did”
Reviewed 7 April 2013

Sunday evening in Puerto Natales. Hmmm- lots of places closed. So was happy to find the door open at Angelicas. Lovely white cloth table settings, and a warm welcome from the waiter. I was soon tucking into an excellent guanaco stew, with lots of vegetables. Perfect after a long day's bus ride. (Guanaco is protected in Torres del Paine, but regarded as a pest on Tierra del Fuego and permitted to be killed for food). The meat was tender and veal like.
The service was excellent!

“Great lunch stop en route from Punta Arenas to Torres del Paine”
Reviewed 30 January 2013

As someone else said, it was so good we went back twice - once on the way to Torres del Paine and again on the way back. The service was friendly and the food excellent. The first time we had the steak, and the chicken and spinach canneloni - I can certainly recommend the latter. The second time, my husband had the lamb and I had the filet mignon, again both excellent. You do need to order accompaniments separately. There's a great choice of dishes, mainly with a mediterranean feel. Get a table in the window and watch the peculiar world of Puerto Natales go by....
And if, like us, you judge a restaurant partly by its toilets then you won't be disappointed here - they even let us use them again later in the afternoon before we set off to Torres del Paine.
