Coming from Austria, it has been our first time in the Torres del Pain National Park and also practically the first time we booked kayaking. In this sense Cristian (head of the company as we understand) advised us well as they suggested the one-day route on the Serrano river (instead of the 3-day trip) as being more suitable for beginners. And he was right. We really didn't expect that the wind was so strong. But our guide really took care of us. He bound our kayak to his by a about 5-metres rope so that we stay in course in case of strong wind (and thereby that we should not flip, which we fortunately didn't).
This was our most exciting day during our three weeks in Chile/Argentina/Uruguay. And we definitely want to go kayaking again.
We can really recommend Fortaleza Expediciones.
