Booked in for 6 nights but it was immediately apparent from the jaded room which needed newer furnishings that this was not for me. It is overpriced and poor value for what is an adequate standard only. Location next to the Metro is great but asking at my office, most staff visiting use taxis. For me it is important that there is a place to go running in the morning and there are a couple of parallel roads which are quiet - but dogs. I did not feel comfortable going out for a meal and I did not want to spend any more. So I checked out and enjoyed the rest of my stay in cheaper and better hotels.

Spent a week at this hotel on business. The hotel is in the Futian district right by the Zuzilin Metro stop on the Louhu line. The property is well maintained and the building is beautiful, clean and well kept. The lobby is quite large and the check in process was very efficient and hassle free.
We were given a suite on the 17th floor which was just awesome and huge. The room had a large bathroom and a big sitting area with a mini fridge/bar and a big window that looked out towards the back side of the hotel.

We did not eat at the restaurants in the hotel. However if you go on the street behind the hotel and go left there are a couple of nice chinese restaurants, quite reasonable. There is also a KFC and several fruit vendors to the right of the hotel. A bank with an ATM is right next door.

Since the hotel is right by the Green line most areas like Huaqiang Bei, Shoppers Park and Louhu are just a few stops away on the same line which makes it very convenient. Windows to the World and other attractions and malls are also not far and can be reached via the Metro. IF you are taking the train to HKG take the green line to Louhu, walk across the station towards the trains to HKG. Extremely convenient. The airport is also on the same line in the opposite direction. However, the station is quite a walk from the airport entrance so if you have luggage I would recommend taking a cab.

Loved the hotel and service. Will definitely go back if we are in Shenzhen.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor, refurbished room.

I paid RMB 808 for a regular room (1605) with NO BREAKFAST and it is like 3-star hotel in China. The photos shown on the website is totally misrepresented and false advertising. I am a Gold member and I asked the hotel staffs for any member benefit during check-in. The answer from them was simple, no matter what kind of membership status you obtain, you need to PAY EXTRA if you want any benefit. The room is like 10 yrs old and carpet are worn with terrible washrooms. I wonder who gave this hotel 5-star status because it is no better than a Motel 168 in China. This hotel is poorly managed, over-priced and offers no recognition to loyal members. I have already sent an internal memo throughout our company to stop staying in Accod Hotel Chain since they don't deserve customer loyalty.

I booked and stayed in a deluxe room with 2 Queen size beds. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is situated not at the city centre and there is a local market next to it. As it is close to the Zhuzilin Metro Station, it is convenient to visit anywhere in Shenzhen by metro as well as go to the Shenzhen Airport and various border control points between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. I thoroughly enjoyed a dinner at the Chinese restaurant of the hotel. The service was excellent and the food terrific ! The service of the bell caption was commendable too ! However, the reception staff were relatively less professional and had much room for improvement in providing check-in service. Moreover, the breakfast was well below the standard of a 5-star hotel in term of food quality and selection.

I stayed at this hotel on 8 Apr with my family because I am a member of the Accor Hotels. The hotel is conveniently situated next to a MTR station, The hotel itself is alright but there is still much room for improvement of the staff. Usually we would expect friendly and smiling faces from front desk staff, but sorry..... you can't get this from the hotel. I can even say their attitude is "rude" when I checked out the hotel. You won't be feeling that you are dealing with a hotel staff. Even the cleaning staff is better than the front desk staff.... How surprise it is!!
