this hotels is not resort hotel, however it offers hot spring, spa and other leisure activities. We've booked it initially for 4 days, but want to check out and look for something else tomorrow.

This elegant hotel is hard to fault: beautiful location, tasteful public rooms, fine restaurants and so on. Having passed through a year before, one was eager to stay a few nights, It is, one must admit, a 'business hotel' mostly but there are sights to see, walks around the Lake and hot pools galore. The food is excellent and the service fine. Indeed, the front- desk are as good as they come!

On the down-side, there are too many business types and it is not really appropriate for a vacation or romantic weekend, at least not in Winter when it is chilly in the middle of the Island of Hainan, as there is no heating in the rooms. One was able to survive with the free 'wi-fi' but...

Maybe I will come by again when I am in the vicinity but a couple of nights is really enough!

This hotel is just beautiful and very clean. The staff is friendly and speak good english. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast included is outstanding with just about every type of Asian and Western breakfast item you can imagine. The made-to-order eggs were great! Since we were traveling with small children we were not able to go to the Habana Club in the hotel, but did stop by and take a look. It appeared to be a fun place for Latin dancing with live music. The only drawback for our family was the option for room type. There were no rooms with two double beds. There version of double beds are two single size beds. We ended up with a king room. Our two year old slept with us since the bed was big enough, and we fashioned a small bed for our five year old from the sitting chair/ottoman and extra bedding. We did have two other members in our group and were able to have two rooms next to each other, so that was very helpful. Overall this is a fantastic hotel for the price and highly recommended.

WE stayed in the best suite I have ever been in, I was speechless when we walked in and I don't think anything else will live up to the accommodation in this hotel. The location was great- right away from everything. Beautifully laid out pool and fantastic food. Great place to get away from it all.

We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights, and had a very relaxing stay. We experienced great service and there was enough staff who had good English which always helps. It was quieter the week we were there, but that was nice as we had come to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a fab room with views of the sea, pools and gardens and great sized room as we have a busy 2 year old, and they were very clean and great bedding and a luxury bathroom. The location is away from it all which we liked so if you love lots of action not so good, but they have Fab restuarants and a couple of bars, also plenty to do at there leisure centre, we enjoyed relaxing in the Hot Springs and pools. The best part was the Hot Springs and Fab food very good, also the service. The least would be having to pay to go over to the beach by Ferry as thats the only option, and it's not that cheap as there wasn't a beach directly on the Hotel site which we thought there was, not a big deal we just didn't go to the beach as when you get there you would have no seat or amenities. Overall we enjoyed it.
