I love coming to Yuda Palace Hotel when I travel to Zhengzhou. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Outstanding service and quality of hotel. I had my complimentary breakfast at the new Le Bistro Café which was just amazing. Very well designed with various food selections from across the globe. Went back for dinner again later that evening as this was one of the best restaurant I have been to.

Will certainly recommend this hotel to all, cant wait for my next visit!

Stayed there for two nights and have to say that although the exterior of the building and the entrance looked pretty decent it gave me a feeling of arriving at an upmarket department store rather then a hotel.
Staff was friendly and well groomed but they could not find my reservation upon check in.
The room was large and clean but rather worn out and the design looking like from the late nineties. I went to the gym which was an absolute shocker, very poor, completely outdated and just a few very old equipment's. The hotel seems to be undergoing some renovations with several restaurants been closed and the one's under operation were rather poor as far as food and drinks are concerned with the exception of the Sichuan restaurant which was nice and trendy. Getting around the hotel is difficult with several changes of elevators needed to get to your room and facilities. All in all this hotel was recommended as a market leader and was a disappointment with a poor value for money. Location is pretty much far away from down town, airport and high speed train station (the surrounding traffic was a night mare) hence not my choice to stay again in the future.

The staff make the hotel.
This hotel was built in 1999 and is a great place to stay. The hotel says its a 5 Star and that's what you get, 5 star service and 5 stat rooms.
If I had one cpmplaont, it would be the bar. The staff is excellent but the assortment of drinks are limited. A 5 star hotel bar should have everything, including deit coke or even something like that.
Great hotel will come back even if you are charged $300.00 per night, bit is worth it.

Impressive. Worth a visit. Superb buffet let down by a poor wine list. Wine is a silly price and of poor quality. Not good for a hotel of this standard. Rooms excellent. Spacious and good bathroom facilities.
Great staff.Well trained and try hard.
Gym a token gesture.

Air con poor you roast. Ask for a fan.

Room Tip: Aircon poor ask for an electric fan

Was in Zhengzhou on business and stayed here for 4 days. This is a very luxurious hotel with elegant lobby and the rooms are very well-decorated. I am a vegetarian, so don't know much about the room service or the quality of food, but overall very clean and well-maintained hotel. The huge spa in the basement of the hotel is worth mentioning, as it's very well equipped.

Room Tip: All the rooms are well decorated, so need not worry about rooms
