I can't understand how there seems to be no standards at such a large international hotel chain. At first we were impressed with our room and the staff were pleasant at check in. This did not last long. When we tried to order room service off the 24 hr menu at 12am the staff were reluctant to offer any service and said that nothing was available. If you have a 24 hr room service menu you should be able to provide that service when requested, otherwise don't advertise it. The food then took 2.5 hrs to arrive and when it did it was stone cold. Also a international hotel should be able to offer currency exchange. When my friend asked for Thai Baht to be exchanged they looked at him as if he was asking them to pull gold from the Yangtze and said it was impossible. Lastly I am still yet to receive my room deposit of a mere $600 AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS!!!!! The transaction was supposedly void however the money still came out of my account. sooooo now it looks like I am going to have to go to the hassle of contacting my bank in Australia and skype calling the Marco Polo in Wuhan to somehow sort this mess out.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT UPHOLDING THE STANDARDS OF AN INTERNATIONAL 5 STAR HOTEL CHAIN,More
