I was use to China quality beds by the time I got to Wuhan but this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in - hard as a rock. I finally resorted to laying out the 4 pillows so that I had a layer of softness. Other than that it was a lovely facility with large rooms, large beds (see above), nice bathroom with great water pressure. Location is in a gated community with a small park and lake close by, It was quiet and breakfast was very nice.

Room tip: I was on the street side but as there's very little night traffic within the community, it was quiet.

huge rooms with every conceivable amenity for both bathroom and bedroom! deluxe tea ./ coffee service, luxury slippers, soaps, lotions... king bed had hard, comfortable mattress, kind size soft pillows: great night's sleep. breakfast was quick affair as my group was making early flight, but we had dinner the night before and food, both international and local choices was uniformly well prepared. wifi In parts of the hotel is non-existent - there are a couple of buildings - and cable tv has news station in English. staff seemed efficient; only met the young man who delivered my back pack...

We stopped here on the way to the airport. The hotel is made up of several buildings and is basically for airport lay overs. It is a Georgian looking concrete building which is a replica of a historical building in the town of Wuhan. The building we stayed in did not have an elevator and we were on the third floor. There is a large swampy lake near the hotel that is full of mosquitoes. They came in our room under the door. Once we put towels under the door the mosquito problem disappeared. Nice, large, clean rooms. DInner was really good. Sweet and sour pork. Breakfast was included and very good. Wi-fi was quick.

The hotel is comprised of multiple buildings. We had a very large room in the building with the check-in desk. Nice shower with many bath amenities (except shampoo). Could not find a good reading light by the bed. We had a good dinner and breakfast in a different building of the hotel complex. Some of the rooms for our fellow travelers were in other buildings and the area was rather dark after we had dinner.

Room tip: In a building near the check in desk.

We stayed as part of an OAT tour and thought it was really upscale We were only in the smaller part, but there was so much attention to detail and service. The room was beautiful and it was just what we needed after a 4.5 hours bus ride from departing the Yangtze River trip and before flying to Hong Kong.
