This was a very nice hotel. We had a good size room with a comfortable bed. The bath tub was perfect for soaking in and everything was super clean. We really loved the view from our room we could see all the city lights, including one TV tower lit up like the Effle Tower.

I stayed one night in March 2011 with a tour group. The rooms were fairly large and well-appointed and very clean.

I stayed 1 night with a large tour group at this hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. Check in was fast considering the size of the tour group (41).

Everything was fine until I use the bathroom, you need to flush toilet a few times and water seeped out of shower and flooded bath room. I called for the housekeeping to clean up but it took them more than 30 minutes to respond and the housekeeper intended to leave extra towels to clean up. I had to ask her nicely to clean up.

The breakfast buffet was good with very slow and abrupt service. The dining room is very very small compared to the size of the hotel, especially around the food area, it got very crowded with just 80% of our tour members.

I'm not sure about the location of this hotel in relation to tourist attractions, if it's convenient then it's worth considering. Free wifi in the lobby.

The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel is quite new and seems to be five-star. Staff are friendly but most have limited English skill (except the few at the front desk). We asked for two non-smoking rooms, but one of the rooms we had did smell bad. We were shown another room and that one was fine. Apparently only 12th Floor is reserved as non-smoking. Also if you plan to use the swimming pool, do remember to bring your own swim cap or you'll have to pay CNY 50 yuans for one at their shop (10 yuans on the street).
