The initial impression was not that great. Had ordered an Executive room on the 7th floor, to experience failing A/C. The solution provided was to open a window?? I changed room just to experience the same ordeal. In addition, poorly cleaned room. Then Mr. Neo came to the rescue, and gave me a new, much better room on the 8th floor, and from there on and forward - a breeze! What a room!

The hotel itself is huge and luxurious. Yes, it has some years, but still impressive. Food selection, amenities etc, were all great. The only BIG flaw the hotel suffer from in my experience is the huge lack of English speaking staff. This has to be addressed if one would cater for English speaking guest. It is very frustrating not being able to communicate with everything from housekeeping to service desk personnel. Apart from this, the hotel was superb!
