If you've read a some Chinese history, and if it means something to you to be able to stand in the place where Liu Bei convinced Zhuge Liang to ally with him against Cao Cao and so on, then this little gem of a shrine is for you. Lots of other historical characters from "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms" are depicted here, with paintings, statues and costumes.
Some of these same famous people featured prominently in the movie "Chi Bi" (Red Cliffs) and it was pleasant to get another look at them here.
It's also just a pretty place, good for slow wandering and soaking up atmosphere on a hot afternoon. Good for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sit and read a book a while or chat with friends.
It won't be every tourist's cup of tea.
