This hotel has neither character nor comfort to offer. We stayed in an 'executive queen' room. The only positive thing about the room was the smell of new and sturdy wooden furniture. The rest was a bunch of little discomforts turning into gross discomforts.
The bed was hard and bumpy, with an awkward elongated pillow for both people to share. The riverfront view was in fact a noisy 6-lane traffic artery that skirts the Brocade River. The bathroom was the main problem: the drain was too weak, and the shower was a ridiculous 'spa' booth with a choice between low-pressure misty drizzle overhead and a hose-like spurt at the waist level. The bathroom had no door! In fact, none of the rooms I peeked into had bathroom doors.
On the second day of our stay the room wasn't cleaned until we reminded, at 5 pm.
This hotel is a disaster, all pretense and no value.
