I came for the weekend and found this hotel to be exactly like the pictures that were displayed. I currently reside in Armenia which is about 3 hours by public transit. I then took a cab to the hotel about 10 dollars.
Upon arrival, my reservations were in tact. The hotel has a very bland curb appeal and if you don't know where it is you will miss it easily by car.
The check in process was a breeze and you will be greeted by a medium sized fountain in the middle of the lobby. Behind the fountain you will find a small dining area. The hotel also has free wifi with PC's on every floor except the terrace.
My room was located on the bottom floor with a small patio. The decor was attractive and the place was clean.
Pro's: Easy walking distance to all restaurants. You will not need a car here; however, if you need a cab the hotel can arrange one for you very quickly. Medium high prices for a boutique hotel. Clean and nice furnishings. Wifi and air conditioning. Ask for the restaurant map or it should be in your room.
Cons: Watch out for the hot water coming out of the shower. You might get scolded. No umbrellas on the terrace. No Elevator.
