This is the best restaurant we've found in four months of travel in South America. It was so good that we went two night in a row. The best dishes were the grilled octopus appetizer, the Korean tacos, and something called "salmon curado" (pictured below). Both of the fish dishes on the dinner menu were spectacular.
The service is amazing. Our waiters were Vairon and Alejandra, and they were excellent. They are warm, professional, and knowledgeable. Vairon even remembered my husband's allergies and mentioned them to Alejandra the next night. The restaurant feels special but comfortable.
I suggest reservations, if only to avoid an awkward beginning. The host acted as though he was doing us a favor to seat us even though the restaurant had just opened for the evening, only one table was occupied, and there were still empty tables when we left two hours later.
Overall a great experience. There's a sister restaurant in Cartegena, and it that were on our travel itinerary, we'd be going there, too.
