Chip and Betsy, the owners of this charming B&B have done an outstanding job with the decor, the food, the ambiance, the charm, and are wonderful hosts.
Came for a girls weekend for the Light of Day festival January 2014 and were not sure what to expect. When we pulled up we knew we were immediately taken with the charm of the house itself, which was still decorated with lights from the Christmas season.
Betsy greeted us at the front door, so welcoming and accomodating our every need.
The breakfast both mornings was to die for! Chip definitely knows his stuff - keep an eye out for his upcoming cookbook - we couldn't get the recipe out of Betsy for the Breakfast Pudding, but I know it will be in there!
We stayed in the Carriage House, and the decor was beautiful - bright and cheerful and tasteful. Queen bed in bedroom and double bed in pullout couch - both very comfy. Bathroom small but had everything we needed and more!
We walked everywhere we needed to go - the Paramount, downtown shops and galleries, restaurants and clubs, church, movie theater, boardwalk and beach if it had been warmer!
Highly recommend this place!More
