We had dinner here. A salad and fish in a local sweet red pepper sauce. The portions were good and were delicious. There was a little too much dressing on my girlfriends salad, but otherwise it was great. My fish was cooked perfectly. We had a couple of Mojitos which were also excellent.

The service was perfect. Attentive and charming. The street is lovely and had an incredible father and son duo playing music while we were there.

Would go again. Would recommend to a friend.

The main waitress (I forgot your name sorry) is very fun and pleasant to talk with, even very helpful for tips about visiting the region (well, if you speak spanish at least, I didn't exchange in other language). Many plates look fine, but you should really try their famous cayeye, it has a very surprising and delicious taste. A great experience to hang there, not only to eat in the afternoon.

We arrived in the early afternoon around 1ish and were immediately greeted – we were offered a table inside, in the back garden area or in the front on the street (which is a closed street where people walk but there are no cars). After checking out the options we sat outside on the “street” since we like to watch and talk to other people. We immediately ordered Mojitos which were 12,000 each and they came out in a couple of minutes and were good. We then ordered the fish ceviche which was made with Robolo (snook) and an order of octopus. The ceviche came out in maybe 5 minutes and was good – normally we have it with grouper (Mero) which has more flavor than snook but it was good. The octopus came out a a small of a portion soaked in butter or oil – and on the side were what I would call scalloped pan fried potatoes with onions which we thought was kind-of bazaar. Then we were still hungry and asked if they had fried shrimp and were told yes – and it came out and we were bummed – as the shrimp tasted exactly like what we would buy at Pricesmart (Costco) – imported (Vietnam or China) shrimp pre-breaded and frozen. Here in Colombia we have tons of shrimp and the flavor of the local shrimp are incredible as compared with these. The killer was the shrimp “basket” as I would call it (like at Denny’s or iHop) was 28,000 COP ($14.50 US). I don’t mind paying 28K but not for Costco/Pricesmart imported shrimp. Considering this was a “seafood” restaurant I would not return..
