Visiting this hotel as part of a casino junket so we had no choice in regards to our accommodations. The hotel itself is fine, a huge casino, shops and numerous restaurants. The room needs some serious updates. The bathroom is really nice, it must have been redone. Wish the same was true for the rest of the room. Beds look worn out, carpet is badly stained and there is actually a small triangle where the carpet has been cut out. I shudder to think what was there. In place of the usual comfortable chair you have in a room we have two extra desk chairs just sitting side by side with no table or anything. Tacky looking and no comfortable place to relax in the room. The room also smells bad not sure if it's smoke or just musty. The final straw for me was that our luggage was delayed in arriving ( not the hotels fault ) but when it got here at 10:30 pm I was advised they were too busy to deliver it and if I wanted it I would have to come down and get it. Fine I just wanted my stuff at this point. I was taken all the way into the back storage area and had to find my luggage and take it out myself. Wow never ever had that happen before . Not impressed.

It was a good drive from 70 miles in central New Jersey. The checkin line moved at a reasonable speed. The young Lady checking us in was polite and considerate. The room was appropriately furnished and the complimentary coffee was very nice.

I like this Hotel, it's out-of-the-way ! If you wanna get to the boardwalk, they have a (free) shuttle for rewards members...or you can just take the Jitneys...It's nice and quiet, outside...but on the inside "It's Popping" ! ! Its so lively in the Casino ! The restaurants are great, the Steakhouse, has great steaks and the Burger joint, had the best burger I ever tasted, really !...I was fortunate of having a nice room, that gave me a Great Light Show on Harrah tall building, very pretty ! The down side was, it took so long to check in, about an hour....but once your in, It's Great !! I would DEFINATLY come back to Harrahs...oops I forgot the Pool...Beautiful, and a very nice pool party.

Cheapest room in AC. So expect what you pay for. Customer services non-existent. Place has no atmosphere. Play at one of the bars with gambling machines and you drink for "free"-for blackjack you can't split or double. Harrah's is a couple miles from the beach. Take advantage of the cheap room, have a couple "free" drinks, and take the Jitney to the boardwalk and hangout there instead. The Jitney drivers are all terribly unbalanced and argue with each other venomously over the radio, which is audible to all aboard the Jitney. No free wi-fi and your phone will have no internet service while there. If you require any sundry items, prepare to grossly overpay. Avoid the breakfast buffet. Fake eggs for $16.95 per person isn't cool.

One positive....did get an accessible room. Check in took over an hour then several trips back before the rooms were ready in spite of paying for early check in..which they refunded since it never happened! Rooms are run down, furniture gouged and carpets are stained but prices remain high! Air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms and the maintenance man called the front desk to inform them to assign us another room. SNC concert venue was comfortable for the shows that we attended...our only reason forgoing back to AC and Harrah's in particular!

Room Tip: We prefer the Bay View Tower

What a great visit
The Steakhouse is our favorite and we always request Daren as our waiter he is great. He is very knowledgeable of the menu and always recommends great wine to pair with our food. Food is the best and atmosphere is perfect for a date.

Was a typical modern casino Hotel. It is off the boardwalk a bit but you can take the Jitney (bus) to the casinos on the boardwalk. The line up to register was long, about 45 mins. The wifi is extra. Parking is enclosed and $5 a day if you are a guest at the hotel. The weekday price was about $69, which is the reason I chose this hotel.

Please note: When reading about Atlantic City, I was sold on using the Jitney, reading how it transported casino guests to and from the boardwalk. It is actually the Atlantic City public transportation. Leaving the boardwalk at 2AM and hopping on the full 'bus' was a little intimidating.
