“Ok snorkel”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 November 2013

While it is a great land form to see, our snorkel day was a little boring compared to what we had been told. No hammer heads, only a few small reef shark and a ray. Can't control the animals though!!

“Dream come true”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 November 2013 via mobile

Kicker Rock is on all the documentariesthat I watch about the Galapagos Islands, so of course this was a must when I went there. This was spectacular in person, lots of Frigates and Blue Footed Boobies. The water was way too cold for me. I only lasted five minutes in the cold water. But we'll worth the boat trip there, only 45 minutes from San Cristobal.

“Granny´s first snorkel ever”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 November 2013

I am a good swimmer and very comfortable with water (sea). However this was my first snorkel ever at the age of almost 55.. I had nerver imagined snorkling to be so GREAT....sharks, sharks and sharks, sealions everywhere, iguanas everywhere, diving birds everywhere..multicolloured fish everywhere, the strong currant, well who cares when there is so much to see..... cold ... who cares when there is so much to see..... So do go if you ever get the chance... I will, if I can afford another Galapagos visit... I stayed for three weeks.... not one minute too long.... not cheap but worth everty dollar...

“Must see”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 October 2013

Kicker Rock is a stunning outcrop in the middle of the ocean. Impressive on its own but even better to snorkel. Lots of sharks, rays and fish to see. Wear a long wetsuit if you go-don't want to cut your swim short due to cold.

“amazing to visit but snorkelling a bit wild”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 October 2013

An hour boat ride and you were right up by the rock, whichis where we started snorkelling, in five foot high waves, whichwas a bit of an experience, but due to the waves, you could barely see a few feet in front of you, making any wildlife encounters quite shocking and fleeting
