Description: It's like a street food joint....with a small kitchen and most of the seating outdoors. It's a couple of blocks inland (off the main street where most of the "nicer" restaurants are). The food is excellent, fresh and cheap. ($15 for a pair of lobster tails).

“Great food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 March 2014

We ate there twice, and the food was excellent.
They make different kinds of Encocado (ecuadorian dishes cooked with coconut). The mixed encocado with shrimp, fish and lobster is the best! They are also really fast, and have your dish ready within 10min. In spite that it is a street market restaurant, they had some of the best food we've had in Ecuador!

“Really good local food, friendly people, super quick service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 February 2014

This was one of the best meals I've had in Puerto Ayora. In fact, it was so good I came back the next night and ordered the same thing (lengua guisado, an ox tongue stew) with rice and menestra (bean stew). Friends had the shrimp and lobster in coconut sauce and liked them a lot. Drinks were cold and everything we ordered came very quickly. Very affordable too.

Highly recommended.

“Loved this place! One of the best meals on the island!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 February 2014

Loved eating here. The staff was super charming, and they are super accommodating to non-spanish speakers. Plus, the menu is painted on the wall so there really is no room for confusion. We had eaten on the main street for double the price earlier on the trip, and we went here on our last night. If only we went sooner! Large portions, great meal. Go!!!

“Best place to eat in Puerto Ayora”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 February 2014 via mobile

We were brought here only after we befriended a couple of locals, and we are so glad we did. Reasonably priced and by far the best meals we had on the island. Cooked to authentic perfection! We never went elsewhere for dinner after here! A MUST try!

“Disappointing after reading other reviews”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 January 2014

Like a street hawker food corridor all lit up at night, we tried KF William but the langoustine with coconut sauce was over cooked and possibly even frozen. Tasty but not as good as the langoustine we ate ate the fish market on the bay. The creme caramel was delicious. Very cheap.
