With views over the bay and nature on your doorstep, it would be hard to make this experience any better. However, the staff manage this. They are naturally helpful and as I am recovering from gringo tummy, they did all they could. The chef even tailored the menu to a more stomach-sensitive diet for me.

We stayed here because we wanted a nice location. It is a small hotel with nice amenities, a fun bar and pool (although with the birds and reptiles around, I would not swim in it). The staff was great and breakfast tasty. I definitely recommend.

This is a fab hotel, comfortable, great airconditioning ( quite ferocious infact) lovely rooms over looking the pool and the water where you can have a beer on the balcony and check out the resident sea lion " wendy" who lies on a bench downstairs. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had and the reception staff spoke wonderful English and could not have been more helpful. To show their green credentials, they give you a plastic drink bottle on the first day when you check in and encourage you to fill it up at the water filters in the corridors so you reduce the plastic waste. The hotel is soooo central you couldnt pick a better spot. Thank you for a wonderful stay on Santa Cruz.

Room tip: we were on the second floor right down the far end away from the noise of the pool, it was wonderful

Our experience was awesome good, includung the honesty of the room service lady, security and every single employee. There are no words for describing how great was for my wife and I to stay here for a week. However, there is no words for descibing how bad they made us to feel in the bar near to the beach each time we went there, they made us to feel as if they din't want us in there. As every other Cuban from Miami, we speack Spanish and Engish, I just don't know why these people made us to feel very discriminated and unwanted in there. But the rest, is awesome great.

Room tip: Very rare design, elevators are too far and don't stop on every floor

It's a fantastatic experience to spend some days in Galapagos. A confortable hotel , good location and warm sfaff make this experience unforgetable. The room is not that big, the breakfast is not that good, but they will take care of you and here, a nice smile makes the difference, cause everything else, You can find during your tours in those fantastic islands. Thanks guys!

Room tip: Ocean view room
