Nice place, managed by two sisters, very caring. Place can be improved. Overall nice and clean. Would like to see some improvement.

Would recommend and come back for sure.
The location is far from the beach.

We were unexpectedly delayed in Manta and decided on the Hotel Nazo after checking Tripadvisor. Were not disappointed with this boutique hotel. Compact, clean, fresh rooms with a touch of Japanese inspiration. Great shower and very helpful, friendly manager. The downstairs restaurant serves great Argentinian BBQ and just across the road is another restaurant with a large choice of menu.
The hotel is only a few years old and built in a newly expanding part of Manta, with many new and modern buildings adding to an upmarket feel. Rates are very reasonable and is now on our favourite list.

Minimalist room design. Most basic included breakfast ever experienced in Ecuador. Spacious shower with great water pressure.

Internal noise high. External road noise average to high for Ecuador.

Very attentive staff.

Excellent onsite Argentinian restaurant - order a steak -superb!.

Bit pricey (carnival rate) for average hotel.

Four of us stayed for one night in two separate rooms. Rooms were clean compact well laid out. Excellent water pressure (in Ecuador this can be an issue). The onsite restaurant is an Argentinian, not Japanese but excellent food. The location is quiet and a bit off the beaten track thank goodness. Very easy to find as it is accross from a very large tennis club.
