Just come back from a fantastic 7 day holiday at The Premier Le Reve. After reading Trip Advisor listings we were looking forward to a relaxing break at a quality hotel with great service and food – we weren’t disappointed!! The service was first class, right from stepping into the lobby where we were personally greeted (no long queues to check in) and taken for a drink in the lounge whilst the regular passport check was made. The room was great; spacious and clean with dressing room, robes and slippers etc. We could have upgraded to a deluxe, however our room was more than comfortable; there was fresh fruit, a well stocked mini bar (all the drinks in there were free, it would have only cost to re-stock) and never ending bottles of water! We loved the fact that you could eat at a range of restaurants once a week as well as the main restaurant (all included in the all inclusive deal), we particularly liked the Chinese food. Overall the quality and range of food was wonderful. The pool experience was much more relaxing than at other hotels we’d stayed in – loads of very comfortable sun beds and a really attentive pool bar man called Carlos. Carlos had a great sense of humour & the ability to remember everyone’s favourite drinks, he even remembered at what time of day we liked to drink our coffee & it was there for us! In the evenings we found the lobby bar areas quite quiet and highly air conditioned (probably great when the temperatures reach 40+!) so we preferred the Long bar on the 4th floor. The Long bar is a large room with subdued lighting and a couple of really friendly barmen, Hatem and Salah, who really looked after us. The Long bar is where you’d find any evening entertainment & we enjoyed some Egyptian dancing and a little music over the course of the week. The hotel is fairly remote, so if you like a really busy area you’d probably prefer Hurghada, however you can get into Hurghada easily and quickly from the hotel by booking an inexpensive taxi at reception or using the courtesy bus (twice per day). There was a long promenade that you could walk along from the private beach area if you fancied a leg stretch, or for more exercise you could use the hotel gym which was well equipped but got a bit busy at certain times of day. There is a fantastic Duty Manager at this hotel called Mr Fouquet, he is professional, friendly and sincere - clearly the most important thing to him is ensuring that every guest is comfortable and has all that they want to make their holiday special. Thanks to Mr Fouquet and his staff we will probably do something that we never do, which is return to the same hotel, and we look forward to it!

The reviews are true - this is an oustanding hotel in every respect! The wonderful staff give you a holiday to remember as they see to your every need either on the beach, by the pool, in the bars or in the restaurants, and the management are constantly on hand to ensure standards are maintained. The facilities, including a well equipped gym, are first rate and the rooms are spacious with the largest beds imaginable. The mini bar is free and well stocked. Bottled water is provided on a daily basis. Food is excellent throughout the day and the servce and food in the Italian restaurant were exceptional.
The hotel is spotless throughout and staff never seem to stop cleaning and polishing it! The beach is clean with soft sand and sunbeds are nicely spaced out and plentiful. The pool areas are superb with quality sun loungers and parasols.
Transfer is quick and painless, although the private minibus for two seemed a bit extravagent, perhaps.
There is a huge amount of building work in the area but we were not disturbed at all by it and enjoyed a truly relaxing week in luxury accommodation. We will definitely return as this hotel will be hard to beat for this type of holiday.
Finally, as with most things, it's the people who make the ultimate difference, particularly between excellent and outstanding. At the Premier Le Reve the management and staff in general work brilliantly together to make this an unforgettable experience.

This is a very good hotel. The private taxi transfer a great bonus. They have gone over the top with the speed bumps on the development, not good if you are a sickly traveller.
We paid the extra for a superior room, it was well worth it.
The only negatives about the room, no fresh milk, mini bar not always refilled, the biggest criticism was the bathroom. Everytime you had a shower it would leak and flood the bathroom floor and overflow in to the bath, a very poor design and very dangerous. The shower was big enough for two, but the bath was like a mortuary slab and just about big enough for 1. Expected a luxurious bathroom to match the luxurious room.
Food was of a very good standard, I would say that sometimes they do scarafice quantity for quality.
The executive lounge was a great feature.
The hotel shop and spa are very very expensive.
In regards to the facilities, the only problem is there is no where in the evening to have a drink outside, as the pool bar is only open during the day.
Flies are a big problem and maybe the hotel should use citronella candles as a top up to the twice daily treatment of smoke clouds.
Did the sand buggy trip, great fun for £135.00 for two buggies.
Hurghada trip, mini bus provided by the hotel to the marina, go to the fixed price shops if you don't want the constant hassle to buy. Hurghada is a bit rough and ready, the marina is a very nice up and coming place.
If you do not venture out of the hotel, the airport has plenty of fixed price shops if you want to get a few bits and bobs to take home.

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a deluxe room

Dear guests,

We are delighted to gather from your review that you have spent a pleasant and enjoyable vacation in our Premier Le Reve Hotel & SPA. Kindly note that the soft minibar is included once upon arrival, afterwards we replenish the coffee and tea station as well as water. For further beverage we have 2 bars available which are 24 hours in operation. Guests who stay in a Deluxe room or suite take the advantage of a daily minibar replenishment. I am pleased to inform you that we have solved the shower issue already. It is nice to read that you enjoyed our food. Since the weather is stable now we open our pool bar until midnight. But during your stay in March it has been far too windy. I have passed on your positive feedback to the team members and on behalf of all of them we would like to thank you once more for having chosen our Premier Le Reve for your holiday destinations.

Looking forward to welcome you soon again.

We went to PLR on 1st April for 7 nights and upgraded via the hotel to a Superior Deluxe Room. The room was fantastic with "8' LARGE BED" Walk in wardrobe, Bathroom with Bath with shower over and separate Walk in Shower with rain shower overhead, two sinks, w.c. Well stocked 'fridge which even had milk in and was replenished as soon as some thing had been used. Tea & Coffee making facilities. Two pin and 3 pin plug sockets which were very useful.
All the staff were extremely helpful, courtesous and could not do enough for you. If you should have a problem of any kind this will be rectified immediately. There are managers on hand everywhere from the dining rooms, pool areas etc.
Food and drink of an exceptional high quality. Al a carte were best we have been in. We did not use the sky pool, but went up to have a look and this is very luxourious.
We loved the Executive Bar where we had tea and biscuits every tea time and free use of internet in all the indoor areas.
The weather was very good. Pools and pool areas cleaned constantly. We were given water continually and the staff at the pool/towel areas work very hard and are always on hand with towels (as many as you would like) and supplying drinks of every nature and including fresh fruit most days at lunchtime. Cold flannels were also given out at lunchtime.
We have enjoyed our holiday here so much that we have changed our summer 2 weeks holiday from the Sensatori in Sharm to come back to PLR on the 24th June for 14 nights and we really cant wait.
I think this is a destination/hotel that we will be frequenting very ofter as we usually have 4 holidays a year.
CANT WAIT TO BE BACK AT THE PLR, sunbathing, swimming eating etc. Anyone want to know, please contact me.
