The best thing in the hotel is definitely the animation team, they are fun and really really great . . . They made our holiday better. About hotel, in general was ok. Food was good, we wasn,t hungru . . . :)

Rooms
No safe box although the instruction of use hanged in the wear drop
Soap dispenser not work and no other supplies
Phone not working
Electricity shut down every 5 minutes

Food & beverage
Breakfast is disaster
Very bad quality of cheese and beef
Juice smell bad you can't test it
Coffee station very dirty And bowser milk very poor

Over all bad hotel I not recommend to friends

After a massive malarkey with regards to which hotel me and my fiancée were due to stay at thanks to miscommunication with beatthebrochure (worst company!!!!) who changed our hotel last minute as decided to not tell us, we arrived at 21:50 with the restaurant closing at 22:00. They hotel had recently had a refurbishment but was clear they opened to get some revenue to continue.

The staff were amazing and welcomed us, took us to a stunning double room with a lovely view of the pools. They also catered for us and 2 other people we met straight away providing a full 3 course meal and drinks!

The manager was absolutely fantastic. She was flawless and would do anything for her guests. So I commend her for that and made us feel at home so I commend her for her efforts.

We had paid just over £1200 for a 2 week all inclusive holiday to find that, 1 pool was completely disgusting, the fish restaurant was closed, the party lounge was not even there, out of 6 shops there were only 2, ice cream and sandwiches were advertised on the website as was all the other aspects but they did not serve these!!!!!!!!

Considering what we paid half the facilities were out of order and we definitely did not get our money's worth.

The food was basically the same everyday but served in alternative ways.

If you want towel animals...tip the room attendants!

Other than that Hurghada itself is brilliant. Cheap as chips and only £10-£15 for all day snorkelling trips.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The whole of the hotel is so dirty all you get is bad stomachs 24/7 so if you were to go to the Blue Lagoon Hurghada make sure you got plenty of diarrhea tablets has you will need them. The food disgusting, plates filthy, cup and glasses dirty with also chips out of them, they don't cook for the English either and food very cold, they don't keep the food warm at all. No cleaning gets done. Your water in your rooms always getting cut off, at one point it was cut off for 5 days "5 day without a shower" pools filthy and plenty of broken tile's around the pools. Sun loungers falling apart. Staff not very nice, there to busy with there own kind. Cleaners rob your stuff, even if it's locked in a suitcase. They say it's 3 minutes to the beach, well that's a lie 10 minute if your lucky to get on the bus. Building work going on in full circle of hotel which wakes you up before 6am. The list could go on and on (Been to Hurghada before in a 4 star and it was lovey) but wouldn't give Blue Lagoon 5 stars let alone 1 star will add photos to prove it !!

Please listen to all these bad reviews it was the worst holiday I can imagine!!!
I never moan about hotels but this was not except able in the slightest!
Dirty hotel
Horrible food that made me I'll every day
Workers coming in our room saying they was looking for a fire but.going through our luggage
Got woken up by A man at the end of my bed asking if I was fruit
Anouther time asking if I want towels
All pools out of use
Animation cheap- family hotel doing strip games
Had to wait an hour for a drink as there was only 50 cups for the whole hotel and once they 1 bar man had run out he had to go round the hotel and collect the used cups bring them back to us wash them up by just washing water in them then serving them.
Only English there the rest was Egyptian and look at you as dirt if your showing any flesh felt very uncomfortable.

Lifts broken
Plates and food left outside Every day for millions of flys
Dirty room and bathroom
No clean sheets
No towels two days
1 bottle of water a day to share
Just please avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG The worst experience ever!
We booked the Premium Blue Lagoon for our honeymoon after looking at the stunning pictures we saw! How wrong were we!
We arrived on Friday 2nd August - we were shown to our room, which they appeared to think was something special - it most certainly was not! There was no bottled water, no towels, no running water, dirty sheets, 2 single beds (whilst on honeymoon), no minibar (as was stated), missing lights. On top of that we then had to contend with numerous power cuts - which seems a little bit par for the course in Hurghada, however on top of everything else this was the icing on the cake! we went down to get food, which was vile - in the 1 restaurant, despite it advertised that there were 4! we then couldn't get a drink because the power kept going off!! The stair banisters were rickety, there was a broken glass at the bottom of the stairs, which stayed there all day!
I spent the first night of our honeymoon in tears wanting to turn around and come back home. 5* Resort I don't think so, nowhere near!!!
However after numerous complaints to our travel company and a hefty phone bill to follow - we
managed to transfer to 'The Hilton Hurghada Resort' which was amazing and worthy of the 5*'s - so if looking to go to Hurghada it's definitely worth a look!

Room Tip: Go to a different hotel!

On another note, I was concerned to learn your feedback about your room cleaning and restaurant experience. first i would rate this hotel as 2 Star.
the hotel buldings and room is great but the service is very bad
the staff were non helpful
most of the dishes were always dirty , the floors the rooms were dirty food were thrown everywhere
there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room and after 3 or 4 calls they bought us a bottle of shampoo and shower gel from supermarket with the price on it ,
they never clean the bathroom during 4 days
there was only 2 pillows for 2 persons and we asked for extra pillows for more than 4 times then i told them i will leave the hotel if no one bring pillows then they bout at 3.00 am we was sleeping
the food was not tasty and no many selections of food,
they used small plastic cups for pepsi and there wasnt any juice ,
and all inclusive of this hotel was only cola , cake , no snaks no ice cream , always you listen to the word (it is finished ) for any snaks
avoid this ugly hotel
