Just check in yesterday evening.
Dinner very poor variant .
Very poor service, unclean dishes .
No water available to buy in bottles..
Food in dinner is nothing to say even not 2 stars hotel.
Coffee is horrible in hotel,,
Sheets and cover in room is nothing to be white it is grey

In general, the hotel complex looks nice from the outside and all the surroundings are beautiful(palm trees, pools). But when you enter the canteen you can become frustrated because of dirty chairs(it looks like somebody was standing in muddy boots on the seat), table cloth and curtains were not fresh either. You will fight for food with cockroaches.
The hotel stuff is friendly and talkative.

The room was not so bad in the villa. Nice French bed, balcony with spectacular views, toilet table. What was wrong in the the room: little bit dusty, dirty curtains, not working TV, dirty arm chair.

Food and drinks:
- you won't be hungry there
- you can choose for drinking tea, coffee or instant powder drink like yupi or zuko
- usually there are queues for meat and fish

I won't recommend this hotel. I think they should remove two or three stars and be honest to people.

The best thing in the hotel is definitely the animation team, they are fun and really really great . . . They made our holiday better. About hotel, in general was ok. Food was good, we wasn,t hungru . . . :)

Rooms
No safe box although the instruction of use hanged in the wear drop
Soap dispenser not work and no other supplies
Phone not working
Electricity shut down every 5 minutes

Food & beverage
Breakfast is disaster
Very bad quality of cheese and beef
Juice smell bad you can't test it
Coffee station very dirty And bowser milk very poor

Over all bad hotel I not recommend to friends

After a massive malarkey with regards to which hotel me and my fiancée were due to stay at thanks to miscommunication with beatthebrochure (worst company!!!!) who changed our hotel last minute as decided to not tell us, we arrived at 21:50 with the restaurant closing at 22:00. They hotel had recently had a refurbishment but was clear they opened to get some revenue to continue.

The staff were amazing and welcomed us, took us to a stunning double room with a lovely view of the pools. They also catered for us and 2 other people we met straight away providing a full 3 course meal and drinks!

The manager was absolutely fantastic. She was flawless and would do anything for her guests. So I commend her for that and made us feel at home so I commend her for her efforts.

We had paid just over £1200 for a 2 week all inclusive holiday to find that, 1 pool was completely disgusting, the fish restaurant was closed, the party lounge was not even there, out of 6 shops there were only 2, ice cream and sandwiches were advertised on the website as was all the other aspects but they did not serve these!!!!!!!!

Considering what we paid half the facilities were out of order and we definitely did not get our money's worth.

The food was basically the same everyday but served in alternative ways.

If you want towel animals...tip the room attendants!

Other than that Hurghada itself is brilliant. Cheap as chips and only £10-£15 for all day snorkelling trips.
