I have just returned from an 11 night stay at this hotel, it was beautiful and clean, had a great array of food options and all of the staff were very helpful. The animation team were great, very funny and enthusiastic.
We were especially made welcome by Tato who would always take the time to say Hello and talk to us, he got on great with all members of our family and always made us laugh.
Adel from the sunflower restaurant was also great, he would always do what he could to help us at meal times. All in all I had a great holiday at the Jaz Makadi Saraya and would love to return there one day!

Would highly recommend this hotel and complex to anyone wanting to visit Egypt the staff are all very welcoming and happy they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing lots going on all day so always something to do and see with great tour guides easy access to the waterpark and beach with bus rides to both all my children are keen to return next holiday.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff with the best reception team, big thanks for Hamada Sero. with nice laughs, delicious food, nice room always clean with nice decorations every day, we will back again for the most beautiful place

Amazing experience! From the welcome to the daily service is 5star! Reception team is very special Hamada, Murad and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and food is amazing :)
