My partner and I stayed at panorama for 14 days (all inclusive )near end of June to early July and loved the hotel and our stay . I have never had a holiday that was better value for money .
The staff for excellent very kind and friendly in particular the restaurant staff they are a credit to the establishment and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome especially the waiters Mohamed , Mafouz and Lewis are excellent always friendly and kind they even taught me a few Arabic words . The chiefs were also very good and catered to any request . Mustafa (who worked with the massage team ) was also very kind . The staff really made the holiday special
the food was very good value for money a few guests complained that it wasn't similar to English food but I believe if you want English food why go on Holliday to a different country . There was always lots of variety and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic were included ) for the cost of the holiday you couldn't ask for more .
The rooms were cleaned daily and our cleaner always left very interesting and thoughtful towel art .Free wifi was a viable in the lobby and near the pool bar .
The location is also ideal Nama bay is only a 20 minute walk or cheap taxi (be prepared to haggle)
The pool was nice and there is a small children's water park at the back of the hotel . There was also massage and beauty treatment available for a reasonable price .
Overall a very pleasant experience excellent value for any budget traveller would definitely return for another trip

Room Tip: Always ask for a pool view room

To be an excellent value of money is what we are aiming for and we are so happy that we managed to leave such an impression to the guests.

I really thank our guests for their understanding concerning the food issues and I have to bring our dear British guests attention that we don’t cater for British guests only as we have other nationalities as well and since it’s the Summer vacation period in Egypt the majority of our guests were local guests whom we had to approach a little bit in terms of food taste but also we took into consideration our dear British guests taste as well but you never can satisfy everyone and I can say that we do receive complaints from locals as well that we only cater for European guests and not locals!!!

Again we thank our lovely guests for their supportive review and we are happy that they decided to return in the near future.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this Hotel. From the minute we arrived until we left nothing was too much trouble, even on our last day we could keep both our rooms on until 4pm. There was always plenty of food on, a few people moaning no English breakfast! go to Benidorm or Skegness if that is what youre after. Lewis was our waiter for the week and what a fantastic man he was, he knew all our drinks after a day, nothing was too much trouble, even the lurpak butter for the bread rolls lol. You are not paying top money to stay at this hotel, on an all inclusive they cannot make money on your stay if you like your drink. There were a lot of rude Egyptian guests for the first part of our stay, the hotel even made our meal times half an hour earlier so we could go in before them, when they all left for Ramadam it was lovely & Peaceful. We had clean bedding and towels every day, towels down by the pool which are brought and placed on your sunbed for you, and there was plenty of sunbeds, free safe in the room, wifi in the reception. We actually hired a portable wifi (mifi) unit delivered to the Hotel for £20 a week from Sinaisafiadventures.com it ran 5 units, the company are English owned, who also do trips, airport transport etc.
I cannot praise the staff enough at the Hotel, we will definately go back to this Hotel if we go to Egypt again maybe when a little cooler 45 deg is hot. Had 2 rooms 2257/2258 pool view brilliant.

Room Tip: Rooms with a pool view are great

We thank our lovely guests for writing such a nice review and for going for such of a trouble writing the comment again after the wrong calculation of the over all rating of the first one and we are so happy that they managed to level things up to give us the correct fair review.

I have to apologize of certain guests behaviors but as I explained so many times that it’s the Summer vacation in Egypt in which a lot of local groups got the benefit from the special rates which most of the hotels around Sharm El Sheikh made and literally they invaded all over Sharm El Sheikh and not only our hotel but I can say that both cultures never can get along and we have to live with that but we never can exclude any nationally because of their attitude or behaviors specially when no hotel can.

Again we are so grateful for our lovely guests for everything and we do hope to welcome them back in the near future.

Hi,

We have just returned from a weeks stay at naama heights.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with fantastic service by the front of house staff and ash the porter!

The room we had was 2251, great trendy room with lots of space and great pool view. Unfortunately the air conditioning broke on the first day, I made them aware however the struggled due to maintenance issues to fix it, we were moved to another room which we just didn't find to the same standard however it was perfectly clean and air con worked. To our surprise the front of house manager came to door and offered us to look at another room which was a suite. Can not complain at the customer service and efficiency from staff.

Food in the hotel is ok, I am a rather fussy eater but still found something to eat every day as there is a good selection, however if you are struggling just ask them for something and they will make it and bring it out. We had the waiter masoz fantastic.

The pool has lots of loungers and you are provided towels, didn't matter what time we went out we always got a lounger. only gripe is that they need to be back in for 6 so would be taken off us at about 5:15pm ( still nice out)

The pool its self was good but I often saw children eating food from snack bar in the actual water which caused loads of mess in it.

The pool bar has a waiter called Azaz and he really is a fantastic barman and great guy. Makes conversation in evening and enjoyed meeting him and enjoying his special cocktails.

We both used the massage facilities ( sur charge) but we really enjoyed them!!

The location is about 10 min walk to naama bay which we walked a couple of times however a taxi is around £2 each way. Naama bet it's self cheap cheap cheap but you get so harassed, same for old market.

Over all we had a fantastic stay and you really will be missing out by listening to very negative comments. The hotel is more than suitable and you will always be provided with great service.

Will look to return in the future.

Favourite staf-

Azaz barman
Wael reception
Masouz- restaurant
Ash- front of house porter

Thanks for a great holiday :)

We thank our lovely guests for their rewarding review about their vacation and we are so happy that they enjoyed their time at our hotel.

I do apologize about the AC issue but things like that sometimes happen during the guests stay which we try to fix but if the problem is bigger than to let the guest suffer we immediately advise them to move even if our only choice is to upgrade them to a Suite.

The idea of the Snacks small buffet is to be next to the swimming pool for our guests to use while they are around the pool and I do understand what the guests are trying to say concerning the children but we try as we can to keep the swimming pool area clean as possible.

Again we thank our guests for their support and we are so glad that we will be able to welcome them back in the near future.

This will be short and sweet, this is not a terrible hotel as other visitors/reviewers would have you believe. The hotel is fine, its a little bit tired in places but lets face it you get what you pay for and i feel we got alot more than we paid for. I have never left a review before but i felt the panorama needs to be seen in a more positive light.

The food was fine as all-inclusive goes, and we go to foreign countries so we can experience their culture, food being one of them.....if you want a fry or bangers and mash hire a sunbed and stay at home. The only down side was there really wasnt much choice for picky kids and we have one of those so again the chief accomodated as best he could and there was room service and the pizza was great for a whole £2 each.

Egypt is an experience in itself, we were conned into buying visa on arrival that we didnt need and the travelco company wanted us to pay more money for our holiday as we traveled on out Irish passports and not out British, we live in the UK and pay our taxes to the British government yet they felt we were not entitled to British offers, oh yes and hold British passports too. Thankfully the hotel manager came to the rescue and was most accommodating.

The hotel was extremely safe and we left money, jewelry, I-pad, everything lying about room and it was never touched.

no all-inclusive on beach bit of a downside maybe something to be addressed, but on the up bus to and from private hotel area of beach everyday.

Room Tip: 1132 was great ground floor with pool view near restaurant and pool.

I really admire the guests honesty and deep understanding in writing such a fair sharp review about their experience and I thank them for their support.

Actually we need every one support and writing good an honest reviews is the biggest support that is why I always say to our dear guests that those reviews are not just words written about some one experience but it goes far beyond that as we mostly depend on the reviews along with our in house guest comments questionnaire to work on our weak points to level things up and also we give our staff the credit based on the guest satisfaction.

The Snacks small buffet which contains Pizza and chips is very suitable for kids and also if any of our guests asked the head chef during meals time at the main Restaurant he for sure will fulfill the guests request.

Again we are so grateful for the guests for everything and we hope to have the chance to welcome them in the near future.

We are so glad that the lovely couple enjoyed their vacation and that we managed to leave such a good impression to the guests in their first visit to our hotel.

The big thanks goes to our hard working dedicated staff and also to our lovely repeat guests ( six times) whom were there in the same time and managed to be a good friends with the lovely couple, honestly no one can imagine how nice are the relations between guests during their holiday and their friendship normally stays for ever and they even arrange to have their vacation in the same time in the same place year after year.

It was a pleasure arranging the RNB night at Space club for all of them and we are so happy that they enjoyed it.

For sure we will be waiting for their next visit to our hotel and we thank them again for staying at our hotel and for the nice review.
