“Perfect holiday”

Just arrived back from a great holiday at the Tiran island hotel must admit after reading a great number of mixed reviews I was unsure what to expect but the hotel and staff were excellent. Would well recommend. We stayed in room 1010 which was perfect. Good choice of food and great location. Can't wait to go back. Big thank you to Mohammed at the pool bar . excellent cocktails

Just got home after an amazing 2 weeks at Tiran Island. Overall we had an great holiday. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms as a whole was great.. This was my 2nd time to this hotel and my partners first. If it had been both our first having read reviews about the food we might have questionied it.. We personally couldnt complain. Everynight there was fresh pasta (compliments to Ahmad) and bbq food, fish, chicken, beef, rice and potato as well as salad, bread and puddings. Rikki, Diana and the rest animation team where friendly and, activities through out the day and entertainment at night. The bar staff really made our Holiday Mohammad during the 2nd week who worked in the bar pool made always polite and joking about, we never had an empty glass. Hassan and Mahmoud in the palaza cafe in the evening always on hand with drinks and top up of Shisha :-) Other members of staff that we will remeber are Abdo, mahmood in the Lobby bar who would make an Irish coffee for us at night.. We also enjoyed an Indian which was extra to the all inclusive but worth it. Omar was a friendly waiter and always said hello to us after. We would like to say a big thank you to the whole hotel. With regret we didnt find out one of the managers names who was always around keeping an eye on everything.. Wishing us a safe journey at the end of our holiday. Safe to say we will be return to this hotel in the future. Lewis and Jamie.

Returned after 3 weeks holiday. Thanks Coralie for an enjoyable holiday from your friendly staff, Mustafa and the pool team, Mohammed at the pool bar, Hassan and Hanni. and everybody else too many to name. Food was good with plenty of choice, We were in room 1018 and could not fault the cleaning loved the towel art,. especially Valentines Day. Looking forward to our next visit number 5..

Returned 2 days ago after 2 weeks of great holiday. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was good with plenty of choice. Don't understand some of the reviews which criticise the food. Room was clean with lots of clean bedding and towels. Have been to many countries in the world but never had more care anywhere. Will definitely return!

This was our 5th holiday in Sharm el Sheikh and did not disappoint. The hotel is smaller in comparison to others we have stayed at but lacks nothing.

; Fantastic entertainment :) with everyone feeling valued
; Great food with good selections
; nice rooms
; Happy and helpful staff ........bar/waiters/cleaners/recreation
; great layout
; beautiful pool
; fab snorkelling with safe and easy access into the sea
; Management friendly and available at all times to ensure great service.

wish we could visit several times per year. Special Thanks to Rikki and the whole animation team for a great giggle and to Waleed and guys for making our poolside experience comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and thought we would have another look as we enjoyed it so much. Although a lot of the staff who were there last time had left there were enough who remembered us and made us especially welcome. We met our friends who we meet up with every year and we all had a wonderful time. Everything from the very friendly staff was as good as it could for what is quite a basic hotel and at the price which was £1345 all inclusive for two for 29 days. there were English, German, Russian and a few Italians and French. But the only people who complained about the food were as usual were some of the English who only seemed to wan't KFC or McDonalds. I looked one evening at several different meats and fish plus rice, potatoes, pasta and vegetables and could with mixing and matching I could make over sixty meals, know one was there for sixty days, I think its the old English disease claim when you get home. I and my friends thought the food was very good, as part of the cultural experience is trying Egyptian food. One drawback to this Hotel is unless you use transport it is a little isolated. The recreation team beyond the call of duty led be our very good friend Mostafa and the animation team were all good fun. All toped of by Egypt's best asset which is free the sun. It was between 23c and 30c every day.
Now our only complaint we paid for 29 days but they take your all inclusive away at 12noon on the day of departure and give a voucher for two drinks and a midday meal, this is a new practise and did not happen two years ago, I think this is very bad customer relations, caused apparently by the Russians tanking up before they go, it is something which would stop me from using a hotel again. I can understand giving up the room at 12noon but not the all inclusive, it spoiled a excellent holiday.

Room Tip: choose the promo with pool view.

We went with an open mind after reading these reviews. After changing our room, we had a decent room but the rest of the experience was terrible.

The food was shocking, no choice and no quality. I'm not a fussy eater, but had to live off Cucumber and Tomato. Flies climbing around the salad, bread and all around. I had breakfast once and didn't feel like I wanted breakfast. The Pool was freezing and a big let-down with the hot weather we experienced. The Animation team are rude and pushy, calling me lazy English people because I wanted to relax (Blonde Russian Lady.) Perhaps she should take her own advice.

It doesn't seem the cleaning staff use cleaning products, only using water?

Blood splashes on the pillowcase (changed the next day)

FLIES crawling around the raw meat on the BBQ on the roof terrace. Shouldn't the meat have been covered before it went on the BBQ?

The staff want to help with issues but have no idea on how to actually put them right.

I actually couldn't wait to get home and leave the hotel. I wished is taken my own ideas on the second day and checked into another hotel.

Extremely disappointed.
