I travelled to many places far and wide and stayed in some truly fantastic hotels.
This one will be remembered as THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY HOTEL EVER!!
The management and staff were all friendly, efficient and polite. What a great compliment it is by the management to call all their male staff Mohamed, so we don't get too confused.
One of the Animations girls, Aimee Mohamed is an absolute star and a credit to the hotel. She made us very welcome and took the time to come and make sure everything was ok with our stay.
The food is what can be expected from All Inclusive. Nothing flashy but staple diet stuff. Always freshly cooked meat at meal times along with vegetables and salads. All edible and clean and nobody gets ill.
It's a menu to suit all tastes, not anywhere near to suit only the Russian's, as has been stated before. I didn't see any Fish n Chip supper or Beef in Ale Pie in the same breath as I didn't see any Borsh and Plov and Pelmeni.
Rooms were functional and cleaned daily. Just don't forget the mozzie spray!!

All in all we had a great week with great weather and great company.

I'll be looking out for this hotel if and when I get the opportunity to return to Sharm.

Chris Mohamed and Gaz Mohamed.

We stayed here for 10 nights at the end of Feb and would certainly return to Sharm but not to this hotel.
The hotel looks lovely from outside and has some very good points. It’s only about 10 mins from the airport and you can see the airport from the front of the hotel (but we didn’t hear any aircraft noise at all).
The bedrooms are a good size and spacious. We really liked our pool view room after turning down 2 garden view (very poor quality) rooms first. It’s only approx. £6 per night for 2 people to upgrade to pool view and we thought this very good value. However, our room wasn’t cleaned 3 days out of 10 and there was a broken glass outside our room for several days.
The lobby area is airy and light and has plenty of places to sit. The 2 Mohamed’s at the lobby bar were great and took very good care of us during our stay. Strangely the bars had nothing on tap (beer or soft drinks). The local spirits and wine were all watered down as they varied in strength and colour every day. When hotel management challenged the bar manager over this he became very defensive.
The pool area is well set out and has a big pool (although unheated). The sunbed cushions could be updated as they are quite tatty – both at the pool and the beach. Neither the beach bar nor pool bar open till 11am and causes huge queues particularly at the beach bar when it opens. However Hesham at the beach bar deals with everything with a smile and we saw no trouble. One word of warning – the toilets at the beach are some of the worst I have ever seen. In fact, all the public area toilets in the hotel left a lot to be desired.
One great point to the hotel is the beach. The bottom part of the beach is nice and sandy and the water is knee deep when the tide is in. Be sure to make friends with Casanova the camel and bargain hard for photos and a ride. The beach is on one of the best dive spots in Sharm – as shown by the dozen dive/snorkelling boats that arrive each morning and tie up just metres from the beach. You can jump off the jetty and get all this for free.
The animation team is amateur to say the least. We were so embarrassed by the poor quality of the one evening show we attended that we didn’t dare go to another and their antics and noise put us off spending time at the pool. Childish and amateur describe them well.
Much is said about the food in this hotel. The food is generally of good quality and well prepared but there is little choice at meal times. Salad appears at every meal and runs out quickly. The menu is based on local cuisine and definitely caters for the Russian customers who make up 90% of the guests. There is very little cold meat, cheese or fresh fruit variety. We definitely don’t expect british food when abroad but all struggled to find a meal on several occasions. The best tip is to check the chef station where you can get omelettes or eggs in the morning and pasta at lunch and dinner and also the outside BBQ where various meats are cooked at lunch and dinner. We were very well looked after by Khairy in the restaurant who saved a table for us every meal time and took it very personally if we tried to even get a drink ourselves! He certainly helped make our holiday memorable.
Overall we thought the majority of the staff were lovely and they make the hotel much better. The front desk manager was very professional when we had an issue. However, communication in the hotel is poor. Our late check out was impossible to arrange and the reception staff were rude on more than one occasion and even wanted to remove our wrist bands at lunch time on our last day! Some simple changes would make the hotel much more appealing.

Room Tip: Pay or bargain for a pool/sea view room. The other views are poor particularly if you get a desert...

Dear guest,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We are pleased that you were happy with your room but disappointed that there were some discrepancies with the cleaning and the condition of the public toilets and I will pass on your comments to the Housekeeping Manager in order that these comments are not repeated again. Thank you for your nice comments about the two Mohammeds, Khairy and Hisham. They will be very happy to receive your kind recognition. We are very lucky to be located in an area with wonderful sea life and I'm pleased that you were able to experience this. With regard to the food, our chefs work hard to try and cater for a mix of tastes and nationalities and I am disappointed that you feel this let the hotel down. I can only hope that the issues you encountered did not fully deter from the overall enjoyment of your holiday. I do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to our resort in the future when I am confident you will see the necessary service delivery standards have been rectified.
Once again we thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

After getting to the hotel, we were a bit disappointed by the abrupt and 'short' receptionist. The most shocking thing about the whole holiday was that as soon as you arrive, you're given a colored wrist band determined by your nationality! Segregating races within the first 5 minutes! The room was good, and the bathroom was nice. It was strange we got a road view, when the hotel was deserted and we specifically requested a garden view which would have been possible. I've never been to an all-inclusive hotel in Egypt before where bottled water isn't included, with the addition of rude signs asking you not to fill your own bottle up in the restaurant. Especially needed in the Egyptian heat! The pool is freezing, and unbearable to be in. The food had no choice and was the same every day. In my opinion, the hotel is 90% Russian (you knew this because of the green wristbands), who are mostly rude, loud, don't know how to behave in public, and intimidating. I'm glad we're out of the hotel, but a shame, in hindsight, that it was so disappointing.

Room Tip: Insist on a garden view, otherwise your view is the airport!

Dear guest,

We are very disappointed that the hotel did not live up to all your expectations. It is a very unusual comment to hear that one of the reception staff was not friendly as most guests comment on the friendliness of all the staff. The different colour wristbands do not differentiate between nationalities but denote which tour operator you arrive with as there are different contracts with each with slightly different all inclusive systems. With regard to the food, we have a range of nationalities in the hotel and our chefs work hard to try and cater for every taste. We also rotate the menu on a two weekly basis. We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback regarding your stay and we take all comments seriously in order to improve our standards and services.

We go to this hotel twice a year and have done so since 2009 and are looking to return in May 2014 for our 10th time. Over the years we have made some very good friends and had some fantastic holidays.
The hotel is of great value for money with lovely clean spacious rooms and bright airy communal areas such as the comfy lounge areas, lobby bar and the restaurant.
On arrival you may meet Coralie the customer relations officer also the reception staff which will book you in, they are all very polite and are pleased to welcome you, to mention a few there are Mohamed, Ahmed, Simon, Mody and Menam they all speak very good English and probably much better then some of us haha.
You will be shown to your room by the bell boys and they will take your luggage for you, so as a thank you to them a tip would be much appreciated.
Then you may need a drink, go to the lobby bar or the pool bar depending on what time of the day you arrive, It is all local alcohol unless you wish to purchase imported.
Hany runs a very ship shape bar along with his staff Tall Mohamed and many more, Hany is always wanting to learn any new English slang or he will teach you a few haha.
A nice laze by the pool or a short walk down to the beach or maybe a 2 min drive on the party bus (as we call it) to the beach, the coral is amazing, I will say no more you just see for yourself.
Meet the recreation staff our dear Mr Mostafa and his team, Mamdough, Ahmed, walleed and Kareem they will look after any beach or pool needs you have and give you your beach towel daily and always with a cheeky smile and a joke or two.
Then for restaurant for that much needed fill, you will be greeted by one of Salah's restaurant staff and shown to a table, sometimes you will need to find your own table as it can be quite busy at times and they are always on the go so have a thought for them, it is a self service restaurant after all. We have heard guest's in the past saying that the food is to repetitive and that of local culinary, well you are in Egypt what do you expect your not in the uk at the local chippy.... but if you are a MacDonald's and KFC fan you can always go out and eat as eating out is very reasonable in Sharm but before you do, try the Tiran Burger and chips or a lovely pizza, or some tasteful Indian food first they are a must.
The Animation team do change from time to time and they do a good job at entertaining you day and evening, say hi to Ricky and Biggy the DJ
All the staff are so lovely and hard working and they all deserve a mention by name but I would be here forever haha, so to every hard working person that keeps this hotel running from the gardeners to the management you all do a fantastic job well done.
If you read a bad review on here from other guests please do not be put off from going as there is always someone who likes to have a moan about their holiday, all the staff are very helpful and hard working so if there is something you are not happy with they will be more then happy to try and put it right.
Shop around on line as the prices do vary form company to company.
Have a fantastic stay, I am sure you will.
