We had a really good time and cannot fault anything about it. We had a superior room which was large and extremely clean. The housekeeping was good and the animals they made with towels were amazing. Hotel general staff i.e. bar staff were all nice and friendly and always happy to help. Animation were fantastic and we made good friends with Ricky who was great fun and a great laugh. The food was good, although i understand how it would be different for others who are not used to that sort of food, but lets be fair it is Egypt and is it not about trying different cuisines when you go abroad?????? For those who are not happy with the food served in the restaurant, chips were served at the pool bar everyday from 4 to 5 so I cannot understand the complaints. Salads, rices, beef, chicken etc we were happy.
All in all we were very pleased and will be booking again. Kind thanks to Ricky, Sam, the pool bar staff and especially Bob, who made our holiday. He couldn't be any more helpful and we will definately be visiting again.

The pool is lovely and the rooms are large, the majority of the staff are friendly and the animation team are really good & a laugh to go out with.
Some of the Egyptian men which work in the hotel are slightly inappropriate with their constant staring and comments. They are aware they are working in a hotel with foreign guests and should know this is not acceptable.
I understand there is a higher rate of Russian guests visiting this hotel however this is infuriating after a few days with their constant rudeness and pushing in. Wasn't a highlight of the holiday.
We loved the location and accessibility to Soho Square (amazing), Nabq Bay & Naama Bay, it was the only time we were able to eat nice meals & drink 'real' alcohol. The alcohol in the hotel was TERRIBLE unless payment is made for branded drinks.
We paid quite a small amount for this holiday and had a really good time I was just quite surprised by how bad the bad things were!

Dear guest,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review following your recent stay with us. We are pleased that you had a good holiday overall but disappointed that you felt the food and alcohol was not to your taste. Our chefs work hard to try and cater for a wide range of tastes and they will be disappointed you feel they did not succeed in your case. We strive to review our menus regularly to ensure guest satisfaction and are always happy to receive feedback and ways to improve. We would encourage any guest who feels that they are receiving any kind of unwanted looks or comments from the staff to report this to myself or one of the managers as we operate a no tolerance policy on this matter. Once again we thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
With best regards,

Staff were friendly but the Hotel lacked cleanliness and Health and Safety was not paramount. Food was very repetitive and not a good selection on offer. Wine was watered down. smell of sewage in rooms..the shower water was yellow sometimes and 7 out of 14 days we had no water when went back to our room. the bedding was wripped in the corners and although quilt cover changed, pillowcases were not changed in the two weeks of being there. Mats in room are filthy and are not cleaned and stink of dust. The person in charge of ordering a taxi for you when going out makes up his own prices-there should be a fixed cost so that we all know we are paying the same. Not sure if hotel spray against mosquitos but we were bitten constantly-my wife has never been bitten before and I previously only a couple of times never like this. They don't have lighting in some of the landings making it difficult to see. The walkways are filthy. We would not recommend this Hotel unless these issues were rectified. We have been to Egypt several times and unfortunately. It seems Tips for a filthy Hotel are paramount...

Dear guest,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review following your recent stay with us. We are pleased that you felt the staff were friendly but disappointed that you felt let down by the cuisine and the housekeeping standards. Our team of chefs are currently working to offer a wider variety of food. I have passed your comments to the management team particularly regarding the housekeeping and would like to point out that myself and the managers are always available to receive feedback so we can try to resolve any issues that may occur in house. Once again we thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and I feel sure if you were to return you would not see the same problems repeated.

Dear guest,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and for your nice comments about the staff and Aimee in particular. We are disappointed that your holiday with us did not live up to all your expectations regarding the food but would like to let you know that we are audited for our food safety and hygiene on a monthly basis and consistently achieve very high scores. Myself, the Food and Beverage Director and the Executive Chef check the restaurant on a daily basis and welcome any feedback from guests on the spot to allow us to rectify any issues if they arise.

Thank you once again for your feedback.

Just got back from 10 fabulous days at this hotel. 14 of us went and every single person had a fantastic time. The staff were amazing, went out of their way to make us all feel happy and welcome, coralie from guest relations was brilliant from helping us contact the excursions rep to checking to see if the children we're finding food they liked (she even got the manager to ask the chef to make special food). The guys in the bar in reception area 'Bob' and 'Fifi' made the holiday for the children; making special drinks and getting them behind the bar, and the animation staff especially Amy and Ricki were sooo nice. THANK YOU ALL for making this a holiday we will never forget :-)
