Just returned from sea breeze after 14 nights. Hotel very clean and food of very good quality. Bottom pool with swim up bar was amazing and drinks just arrived at our sunbeds all through the day thanks to Mohamed in the white shirt great asset . Most staff very attentive. But what really made our holiday was the great people we met like the couple from Walsall hi from mr babyliss ha!hai also our welsh friends Kathy and Dave just had a bowl of cowl very nice thanks for the recipe.Because the hotel is not to big everybody seems to form friendships a big shout out to the Bolton girls they know who they are and so do most of the bottom pool best water polo goal keeper I've ever seen . We visited Xperience Sea Breeze beginning of May and for the most part it was fantastic.

Unfortunately we had booked a double room but when we arrived we were informed we had two singles (not great news for a young couple!) The male receptionist was not sympathetic and pretty much blamed us even though our documents clearly stated double room. After having a look at the room I was feeling slightly happier, the single beds were the size of small doubles, the room could have been cleaner but was to an acceptable standard.

The animation team were fantastic particularly Beth who always made sure we were having fun, the evening entertainment was interesting sometimes a bit creepy!

I would recommend the Tiran restaurant down by the bottom pool, its great value for money and the service was amazing! The free buffet is good for all inclusive, it changes the cuisine every evening to a different country.

The bottom pool was quite loud and more of a fun energetic atmosphere, if that's not your thing then the top pool was a quieter area.

The alcohol wasn't great but that's to be expected in local alcohol.

Great shuttle bus service for when you can't be bothered to walk up the hill or if you want to go to Naama bay but you don't get very long if your getting the free shuttle back but you could probably get a taxi for around £5.

I would recommend the massages in the spa but please do not get a manicure or pedicure, it was terrible quality, literally painted all of my finger and no top coat!

I also wouldn't recommend booking excursions through the hotel, prices were more expensive then what we've had before in Sharm and the one excursion we did book (Quadbiking) was rubbish, okay if you just want to go slow and look at rubbish in the desert, if your looking for more of an extreme quadbike experience go elsewhere!

Do not pay for the WIFI its £5 for an hour and its so slow its just not worth the hassle.

Overall I would definitely return to the hotel as it was good value for money, no children which is great and always something to do.

Just got back from this hotel 2 couples what a fantastic holiday we had can't say enough good things about the hotel and the staff. The food, weather, and the staff were absolutely brilliant.
The hotel is made up in to blocks that lead down to the sea where they is a jetty to snorkel off.
We had a pool view no 1134 which was good not to far down from the reception and the little pool bar run by mohammed who was brilliant as well as samwil and his work colleagues round the pool and the restaurant staff all of them could not do enough for you as well as the animation team the best yet thanks we will definitely be returning

I would like to start my review by saying we did have a good, relaxing holiday here and were granted everything we needed - but I would find it very difficult to rank this any higher than 3* if I am reviewing "English standards". I am sure that "Egyptian standards" may rate it higher, but this was my first (and likely last) visit to Egypt, so I will rate it in comparison to hotels I have visited across the world - not just "Egypt standards".

Pro's:
1. Very clean hotel - and extremely good room cleaners.
2. Lots of sun loungers all over at the pool/beach area so you won't need to "go out and reserve" (one of my pet hates on holiday...)
3. The food is good for buffet all-inc style - we did not go to expect a-la-carte and therefore our expectations were exceeded with the choice and variation of food on offer. (We really enjoyed the Oriental Shisha lounge for a change and would recommend you take your visit early on).
4. No "Egyptian belly" as they provide plenty of bottled water and all ice/water machines are bottled too.
5. Lots of bars that are always very well staffed and the waitors' are very attentive.
6. The staff are, in the majority, fantastic and work endlessly to keep you happy.
7. The Spa is fantastic - however we did have to pay £90 for a (very long) treatment for the both of us, but we got what we paid for and it was absolute bliss.

Con's:
1. Everything appears to have an "extra charge" so be wary of this. Orange juice in the morning, the "good" spirits (absolutely no white rum included in all-inc - my favourite holiday drink), the WiFi is extortionate, the Shisha is extra each time, drinks before 10 and after midnight... the list goes on. Also to guarantee good service, you will need to bring small Egyptian notes to tip.
2. Hassle really is constant all day every day - even when you have told people selling watersports/magazines e.t.c. that you don't want a speedboat ride, they keep coming back... It can become very frustrating, even if you are friendly people like us.
3. Very expensive taxi's to go anywhere - unless you want to get the free shuttle to Naama bay for just 2 hour trips at a time (which isn't worth it as it is horrendous for the haggling...).
4. Excuse me for the apparent snobbiness, but some of the visitors weren't the "calibre" we had expected for a 5* adults only hotel. There were very young guests who woke us up at 1.30am on 3 separate occasions and nothing was done to rectify this. Also certain areas of the hotel could become very loud and un-relaxing. It seems to attract young, lively guests - so if this is what you are after, great, but for us wanting a quiet relax - it wasn't quite right.
5. The entertainment really is dire. I really didn't want to listen to renditions of YMCA, Gangnam style e.t.c. every day around 12pm, nor did I want to hear other guests squeal karaoke whilst trying to enjoy an evening drink. And if you do want to escape this at Zen bar down at the beach at night, you can expect similar noises from the Russian hotel next door.
6. Some of the staff can be actually quite rude at times - "forgetting" drinks and greeting you with an attitude, or speaking to others in Egyptian and laughing.
7. To be VERY picky - the pools towels are getting rather old and smelt of damp on a few occasions. Also the tiles in the room were getting rather old and our shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. I know - picky points, but these to me are little bits that prevent the hotel from being a 5*.
8. I needed to visit the doctor after a "Camel fiasco" shall we say, and unfortunately after being told the 24-hour doctor would be 10 minutes, 45 minutes later he was still a no-show. Reception didn't call to ask for him and I had to go and visit a Pharmacy across the road instead. Not fantastic - especially as I was eventually prescribed antibiotics.

Overall, we did have a good stay and I am being picky with some of my points - I just wouldn't want all reviewers to read Trip Advisor and think "Wow this really will be 5* luxury" and be disappointed like we were. Unfortunately it isn't 5* and the only aspect (at times) that matches 5* is the service, and it cannot be compared to hotels like The Savoy which are in a different league.

You get what you pay for - a great deal for this hotel, but don't expect a similar 5* to one you may find elsewhere. If you want a quiet, really relaxing holiday then I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel for all of my points above, and I wouldn't want you to read other reviews and arrive disappointed. Similarly, I am sure it may suit some people - and I am sorry that we chose the wrong hotel. Thank you anyway for the hospitality, Xperience Sea Breeze.

Absolutely fantastic holiday. Staff could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is in blocks that run down to the sea, could be a problem for people with walking difficulties but the hotel has a little shuttle bus on call, so no problem. The rooms were lovely and spotless as was the hotel as a whole. Pools warm and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas round the pools and on the beach. Good variety of food, freshly cooked and delicious. We did not hear of anyone going down with a food bug. We are definitely returning.

Room Tip: Any room, but sea view is worth having

Just got back from a fantastic holiday at the sea breeze hotel with my girlfriend. Really can't say enough good things about the hotel and the people there. Didn't want to come home. The service, place, weather and people were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back tomorrow. Loved our sea view room and food was very good with a good variety every night of the week. Staff were top class but what topped it off were the people we met. You all know who you are!!! Just like to mention a few people who worked at the hotel who deserve mentioning. Mina, Joseph in the hotel shops, beshay, aref from the pool bar, abdullah the shisha waiter, eshak and his fantastic creations with a towel, samwil by the pool, mina in the watch shop and all the staff from the spa. O and Tarek the manager. Phew!!! Thank you for a great holiday hope to be back soon.

Room Tip: Have a sea view room on middle or top floor, but not too close to the beach, unless you like walking...

Just back from a week long stay at the Sea Breeze. Really great hotel and well deserving of all of the good reviews on TripAdvisor. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is made up of several "blocks" that lead down a hill to the sea. We booked a sea view room and were in block 17, the second closest to the sea. Because of the hill, we had a great clear view over the remaining block out to see and of Tiran Island. The sea view was worth the upgrade, but the only slight drawback is that the balcony is in the shade in the afternoon and evening.

The room was great. Very clean, great balcony and with excellent air conditioning. The cleaning staff were very friendly and generally very good, but sometimes the might have spent a little more time cleaning the room and a little less making towel art, but that is being very picky! One word of advice though about the room. We had a room that had a connecting door to the room next door. Although there were two doors, you could hear every tiny noise and conversation from the room next door. We mentioned it to reception, and they immediately put sound proofing between the doors, which helped. If you are allocated an adjoining room, you should make sure this is done from the beginning.

The main restaurant was good. The choice and quality of the food was good. There was a different theme each night, so you never got bored. The service was great and the staff were very proactive to make sure you always had a drink. The evening entertainment was what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. The poolside restaurant and bars were very nice and the food / drinks / service were all great. The poolside staff were fantastic, bringing drinks as soon as you needed one. They were very chatty and we had a laugh with them all. If you prefer to be left alone, no problem. You can get a "Do Not Disturb" sign for your sun lounger, and they will not disturb. Great idea!

Other points of note. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Naama Bay twice or three times a day. The wireless internet is not free (€25 for 24 hours of access). The good thing is that you only pay for the time you are online. We bought a 12 hour pass and that was more than enough for our stay.

Finally, as it was my wife's birthday, we booked the "Romantic Dinner" on the jetty. It was a really lovely evening watching the sunset, drinking champagne overlooking the sea. You need to book this in advance, and as there are only 4 tables, you should do it early (We booked before we got there via email to the hotel). The food was great and although it is a set menu, they were happy to offer alternatives from the a la carte menu. Really good value too at just $95 for two.

All in all, a great hotel.

Room Tip: Avoid connected rooms, or if you have one, make sure you ask to have the adjoining door soundproofed...
