Description: THE BLUE FOUNTAIN...for the love of cooking & creating great cocktails! ...as people who love to eat are always the best people We offer a wide range of dishes, each freshly prepared which takes a little extra time. The dishes on our menu are inspired not just by the fresh local ingredients but also through our travels over the years. If there is a particular dish you have enjoyed at TBF before and do not see it on the menu, please let us know. If you would like any adjustments or a simpler option do not hesitate to ask. We in the kitchen love to be creative with our cooking, for us it is a work of Art. Like the artist who paints or the singer who sings. Cooking is about how you combine everything together and that is what sets us apart from the rest. We have shared the most amazing laughter and conversations with our guests and when there is standing room only at TBF it can get a little stressful ...but we love it! We hope you enjoy our passion for life and our deep attachment to eating, our food, the cocktails, the service, the ambiance. After all it is about the indulgence of good food and the enjoyment of being together. ...And remember... when you're laughing out loud, you're healing your soul! Linda, Nabil & Team....see you soon.

My partner and I came to this restaurant after glowing reviews from other guests at our hotel.
Despite the near enough empty restaurant, it was a real effort to get anyone's attention and the staff just seemed to walk around in a daze- any slower and they'd be asleep!
It took 45 minutes to receive our starters (burnt, cold, bland bruschetta) and a further 45 minutes to receive our mains (£14 for six warm langoustines in a cold, overpowering salsa which had whole raw garlic cloves in it?! And a couple of chunky chips)
This restaurant is all "fur coat and no knickers".
Unnecessarily large ornate serving dishes, drinks with more crushed ice in than anything else, stained tablecloths, inattentive staff and a resident dog roaming around.
To really top off the atmosphere, they had decided to put a football programme on a huge TV. I would understand if it was a big game or something but this was literally just a programme about football. Why they couldn't just play a bit of music is beyond me.
We voiced our disappointment to a member of staff who said he would get the manager to come and chat with us- twenty minutes later we were still sat there. Dinner plates hadn't been cleared, no sign of the manager, the rest of the staff were avoiding eye contact so my partner had to walk up to the bar to pay the bill and we left feeling bitterly disappointed.
Never again.

Whilst on a recent trip to Sharm el Sheikh we struggled to find good places to eat. There seemed to be an abundance of chain eateries and not so many good quality local restaurants.
We were extremely pleased to stumble upon The Blue Fountain. The food here is cooked lovingly by Mohammed and his wife Linda and tastes fantastic. We ended up eating here 3 nights and were not disappointed. The standard of the food is excellent and they are such a lovely couple. Highly recommend

Went to TBF tonight and had the most delicious chicken pasta dish I think I have ever had, it was wonderful,
hubby had his usual fish and chips which he absolutely loves. Well done again Linda and staff. As usual first class meal.

Recently come back from a weeks diving in Egypt and was told about this restaurant. I'm so glad we went it was gorgeous! A nice fillet steak and proper fat cut chips. The largest mojito I had seen. Prices are reasonable too. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing little quirky restaurant and bar set back off the main strip in Naama Bay (walk down the side of the Oasis restaurant). A definitely we'll deserved 1st place rating. Great welcome and hospitality from the owners and staff. A breath of fresh air and change from the hustle & bustle of the bars/restaurants in general. We had the gourmet burger with the chunkiest home made chips and bruschetta Parmesan chicken. So good that I asked for the recipe. Can only advise you all it's the best meal out we have had in 5 visits to Sharm el Sheikh. Will definitely be back on our next visit!
