I Spent 8 nights with my wife, in a Royal Wing it was an offer on the Hotel FB Page but yet I had to bargen to get some of the features I purchased.
You are allowed to get only 1 bottle of water for free and then any extra will be with extra charge.

The Food: was the biggest disappointment as their was no variety, the launch was very poor until the new Years Day, always 1 type of fish , lamb and chicken not more no less made in a different way they change it rotational every 3 days.
They even changed the type of the butter, with a cheap on ( a local yellow one ).

The Hotel was understaffed, you have to wait a lot to get your drinks or ask for it.

The intertainment was very poor, We was not very active on the pool so I won't judge much but in the night there is always a singer and 1 show , there is a space between them. No announcement of what will be on, no pushing, no greetings on the restaurants door, I didn't feel that there is animation team in the hotel at all.
Transportation :even though the hotel is located very far from the road but when I tried to get to Namaa Bay with the hotels bus but the 3 nights I asked they said it's not available tonight, Idk why maybe because they want the Lemosien company to work , maybe because the hotel was not very busy ( during the Christmas and the new year) ,I tried to push them to but he said I'll get back to you and didn't.

The waiters were very polite though, they are very helpful when you ask them, be one in the Al'Card Restaurant was so nice, but the food wasn't.

The Room space was very good, old Furniture but over all not Bad.
The Royal Wing rooms are very quite and a little far from the hotel. The pool around it has A Bar that located in the most stupid Way you can only enter by a bridge which is
On the other side of the Rooms, it's like if they don't want you to use it.

Over all I had much better time in a 4 star hotel, better treatment, they don't really care about you there.

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback about your recent stay at our Hotel via TripAdvisor. The feedback we receive from our valued guests, like you, enables us to improve and continually provide the best experience possible.

It is big appointment that we read you comments here on your recent stay with us meanwhile I wish to clarify few points .

I'm not sure what did you mean by "you had to bargain to get some of the features you purchased" ; here I want to highlight that in order to enjoy those benefits advertised on our Facebook Page, guests have to book us online, I wonder here how did you book us?

In the all inclusive, we provide water in glasses in the meantime, we provide every room with a large bottle of water daily and any extras will be with charge. This is our policy.

As for the butter, we never seek purchasing cheap products, we care at first priority for the quality, I have checked with the purchasing department and they confirmed it was changed as the type we used to have was not available at that time however we are back to it now. I'm sorry if you didn't like this type.

As for the food, Our food in general is very good to excellent according to our surveys, for an all inclusive concept hotel.Chef puts in a great deal of time and effort to provide a variety of interesting and appealing dishes to our multi-national clientele and if there was nothing to your taste then Chef would have been delighted to discuss with you how he could have helped.

As for your comment on the animation, please note that your comment has been shared with the team for an action, more entertainment options will be on offer. Thanks for highlighting this comment.

As for the shuttle bus to Namaa, this comment has also been shared with the team for an action.

I'm not sure why you didn't like our Sundowner bar, it is located in the middle of the royal wing swimming pool and you can reach it by a bridge, this is how it was beautifully designed.

At last, I am truly disappointed to hear that you felt that we do not care. It is our mission here to care for guests and to make them happy and if we failed to fulfill this target, we wouldn't receive such a big number of repeat guests and positive comments on social media and in our internal guest satisfaction cards. I assure you that this is not the case and I wish we could have met to discuss your comments further.

Clearly, we did not manage to meet your expectations on this occasion and for this we are sorry, but we thank you for choosing the MARITIM Jolie Ville Golf & Resort and for writing in.

We spent here a wonderful week in October 2016. The room was very big and beautifully decorated, everything was tidy and clean.
Most of all we enjoyed the beach, which is perfectly located. The swimming pools are gorgeous and huge.
We want to express our sincere gratitude to Guest-Relations manager Angela, who did everything possible to make our stay at the hotel magnificent.
This hotel is no doubt a top-level one, we will definitely come back to this place in the future.

Very nice place to be in Sharm famous for its beach, good food (try Lebanese restaurant at the Golf club). The hotel played a role in the history of all middle east peace keeping and war starting processes as it has been for many years the Place for many conferences with the participants such as Yaser Arafat, Hosni Mubarak, Bill Clinton and etc. In the golf club of the hotel you will still see a lot of historic photos with these personalities. The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. The staff is super warm and attentive. Will come back the minute the Russian and Egyptian authorities make a deal of allowing the tourists to go there....

This hotel is really so nice and i would love to come here again ,the rooms so nice ,the resturant so big and full of different kinds of food and so delicious food and the entertinment team also funny and so good and they made all the people so happy and full of enjoyment and the waiters so nice and friendly and have good service and the hotels is clean 100% ,sharm is Amazing place for holiday and i woukd love to come here again and again

Lovely hotel and really so good ,i found my enjoyment here in this hotel and i will come here again bc the service so nice and also the enterianment so good specially Mina is so nicee guy and mojo the manager of enterainment is good and i like the room so much modern and new furnitures and i will come bc i enjoyed here so much
