I can honestly say this was the best holiday I have ever been on. My boyfriend and I have just come back from 10 days here and it was just incredible. The service from the staff was brilliant, they will go out of their way just to make sure you have everything you want. The food was incredible, we were all inclusive so we could also get into the different restaurants at the hotel as well.
We booked through a company called fleetway travel and from the moment we got into the airport there was a rep ready to help you. We booked two excursions through them and on both of them we had reps with us to make sure we were safe. We even had a rep there to make sure we were all checked in at the airport incase there were any problems. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and without a doubt I would go back tomorrow if I had the chance!

Just returned from Hilton waterfalls, lovely hotel excellent grounds and outside facilities - no need to fight for a sunbed. Food was better than most Egyptian hotels have stayed in but still not great. Staff are lovely particularly MahmoudJ Fawzy at Tipsy Turtle and Jemma with the animacion team.

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms and great transportation to help you get around the resort..Food was great, staff great and beach location perfect.
Big shout out to George from Latino's bar who moved to Chillax on our last 2 days, fast, polite and always on the ball (excellent lemon drops) and Mo and Chico from Chillax Bar who kept the drinks coming in the red hot heat with a friendly smile all day. I would return to this hotel again and plan on doing this year, plus would also give it the thumbs up to anyone who asks. Thanks for a great holiday..

I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend, our first impressions when we got there was wow this is amazing, checked in at the desk and although it was very late they did not have any food to offer us except from the room service menu which was a bit over priced and we found out later on during our stay that none of the food on the room service menu was ever available to eat at break fast lunch or dinner which was a bit disappointing.
Overall the food was ok, very repetitive and lot of range of Germans and Arabs but not much choice for English.
When we got taken to our room we had found cockroaches and ants all in the bathroom so we called someone to get rid of it which brought them back in the morning, the door also looked as if it had been tampered with and you could slide a card in to easily unlock it. So we decided to go to reception and they offered us a new room, the room that we got given was a lot nicer than our first one however on our last night they had a leakage but a pipe had burst down the corridor so the ceiling had come through and water was absolutely pouring, we came back to a flooded room and was devastated just as well it was our last night so we had packed otherwise all out stuff would have been ruined, we then had to change rooms again just so we wasn't sleeping in a watery room.
All the staff at this hotel were lovely especially Abbie as she helped me when I was really sick out there and had to have the doctor come to my room.
The disaster that I had at this resort has put me off sharm el sheikh!

We were regretful to learn that your perception of our resort did not comply with the image of a five-star hotel. Again I want to return to Egypt in the hotel!) was a memorable vacation here .. service, sea, swimming pools and food. Animators were my friendly company. Thank you Kristina, Lena, Oksana, Jan!!))) I hope to see you again .. And I can not say about super bartender George which was the best))

Had a fantastic time at the hotel, the animation team were excellent especially Jemma who was always helpful land very chatty. The food was a very good standard. Will definitely go back. There are three restaurants in the hotel that you can eat in which was of a very good standard. The rooms are excellent and the staff are very helpful land friendly.
I don't recommend getting a taxi from the hotel if you venture out it will be better to flag one down in the street at a price you both agree on, don't pay more than 25 Egyptian pound that is the price we paid for the taxi to Nama bay most nights.
The animation team are friendly but Jemma is the one to speak to if you want to go out on a night out

Me and my wife visited Hilton Sharm Waterfalls for 10 days in July 2014. From the minute we landed to the end of our trip, i must say was brilliant. The staff at the hotel were always so welcoming and happy to see us. They made us feel at home with their warm smiles. On our trip we met English Rep Jemma who was so full of life and got us involved in the hotel activities. We also met George who we met at the bars and was also ever so friendly. Overall our experience of the hotel was excellent. The food was good and the facilities were great. Our room was very clean. Loved it and would defiantly go back again :)

Room Tip: We had the sea-view room which was good. Our room number was 2603 which was located mid-way between...
