I stayed at the Hilton dreams for 2 weeks in April. Upon arrival I was swiftly checked in and given a room very close to the main pool. The reception where very helpful when I found myself with a problem they were able to offer a solution.

What can I say it was my 1st time in Sharm el Sheikh and I would definitely return after the amazing service and hospitality from all the staff in the hotel. I travelled solo and felt very safe in my entire stay. I must comment on the staff of the Caribi bar who were so friendly and smiling made my nights in the bar fun. The animation team/entertainment was average and there was not a lot to do so I tended to do my own thing at night.

The food there was a good selection I was vegetarian and was always able to find something although it became very samey after the 1st week. I also ate at the other two restaurants in the hotel both a welcome change catered to my dietary choice.
The hotel grounds are well maintained and if you don’t enjoy the constant music at the main pool, there are plenty more to choose from or even the lovely beach which has plenty of space.
In my stay I enjoyed a spa treatment at the hotel which was relaxing; the health club staff were friendly.

The hotel has a great location, and I will be returning, thank you everyone at Hilton Dreams.

Excellent hospitality and service, very friendly staff! Any problem, tell the reception! No problem, still the reception will find a way to make you more comfortable!
Everything possible and that could be made complimentary was arranged even without asking for it! Truly a wonderful experience!!
One point for improvement : Breakfast has lot of variety, but taste could be better

My family and I enjoyed a super week at the Hilton. We've travelled to Egypt frequently, but this was the first time in Sharm and we were delighted to find that the typical Egyptian warmth that we have come to know was present by the bucket load in the staff at the Hilton. It's fair to say that the team couldn't do more to make us comfortable during our stay.
The rooms, grounds and public areas more generally are clean and well managed. The main pool area us a little noisy (load music isn't our thing) but there were a number of quiet areas spread across the estate where peace and quiet can be found.
The hotel are clearly suffering from the lack of European tourists that are staying away due to the recent security issues, although we felt completely safe.
Finally, a special mention for a superb pool bar waiter calked Mohammed Ally - a true gent who would shine in any service environment across the world.

Hilton dreams ! Oh my GOD you succeeded in making an awesome vacation for me. The place is awesome and pretty cool, the pool rooms rocks, the beach is not far away from the resort its about 5 minutes walking on the other side of the resort. I spent only 5 nights in hilton dreams and this was my first time there but I completely felt comfortable in the place and the people there let me feel that I am some on very special. The stuff is kind professional and very polite the guy who checked me in was very helpful, the bar tenders WoOoW special thanks to Malek or Malak he is a copy and paste from Crestiano Ronaldo and to Mostafa pepole that guy can let you laugh all night just try to see him while he is smiling and u will find yourself happy, saied the towels man on the pool is very helpful also. Dinner is amazing over all the resort is an awesome place and you must visit it and try to book room 1004 :D

Its the best 5 days of my life and am planning to be back soon, other than the great room and excellent facilities the staff over there are all friendly...The bartender Mostafa and malak made my stay even more joyful :D and when it comes to entertainment Hi5 for the animation team their leader KAKA ya funny dude and special thanks for LILY,Amira and nemo I just love those ppl and am coming back to see them if they leave the hotel ill consider following them coz they made those days the best for me.And last but not least the golf car driver mr.mohamed thanks for helping us with ur car to reach cleo park....

my stay was amazing and ill be back in less than a month ♡♡

I spent there 6 days, it was totally amazing, the service was more than perfect, wonderful food choices. nothing bothered my stay at all. very fast service, responding to every small request with total interest. I'll recommend it for sure for everybody looking for a peace of mind and luxurious treatment. I feels like I was totally alone.

Stayed in this resort for 1 week. The first 6 days in a self catering unit.The unit was spotlessand very spacious. Some of the fitting would benefit from upgarding, specifically the kitchens.The surroundings and pool areas were well maintained and the staff fantastic. The last night we styed in the main hotel and the room was lovely. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely and a good choice of restuarants and not too expensive
