Just got back after seven days at the grand azure and allready looking forward to going again next year.This was our third stay,eight of us in total and we would not book anywere else,we did try another hotel in nabq last year but was not a patch on the tropicana,so from now on its our only choice.With ages ranging from 14 to 70 we were treated very very well by all of the staff and apart from the fridge not working for a few days there were no other issues.I asked about an upgrade as it was our third time and the guys on reception put us in junior suites in block five,(4 rooms) which was really unexpected but very welcome indeed and little touches like this will see us return again next year.Rooms first class,Food very good and if you cant find anything you like then you are really fussey and should stay in blackpool (sorry blackpool),Pools fantastic if a little chilly in oct/nov,Pool bar great (hi ahmed)Weather 30+C.All in all a great holiday and we will all be coming back next year god willing,many thanks to all at the tropicana grand azure.

Had a wonderful time at the Grand Azure, me, my daughter & granddaughter stayed last week & had a wonderful time. The animation team were brilliant with my 18 month granddaughter & entertained her day & night. The room was HUGE & very clean, the grounds are kept immaculate, food was good & plentiful - I can recommend the Italian restaurant. Finally a BIG THANKS to Simone who went above & beyond. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again. Well done to all the staff.

My wife and I have just got back from an amazing honeymoon at this holiday resort. We have nothing but good things to say right from checking in to leaving the airport for home.
Our room was automatically upgraded to a suite as a gesture of goodwill as it was our honeymoon. The room was a lovely size and clean. Our room was kept clean and tidy by a guy from house keeping called Muhammed. You were guaranteed a friendly welcome from him everyday. He also made us towel sculptures that ranged from 2 swans to a crocodile. This made us smile every time.
All the staff in General were wonderful. Nothing was ever too much for them. If you asked for a drink at the bar they would ask you to have a seat and bring the drinks to you. Everywhere you went it was clean. We would love to be able to name everyone down for our amazing honeymoon but there's so many people behind the scenes as well as on the front.
However there are two gentlemen that did everything for us at mealtimes to ensure each time was special. They went above and beyond our expectations from having our drinks ready for us on arrival to carrying our plates to the table.
Firstly we would like to thank Ibrahem for all that he did for us in the morning for breakfast and in the Chinese restaurant. You were fantastic and made sure we had somewhere to sit and plenty of drinks.
Secondly we would like to thank Melad for going above and beyond for us at lunch and tea time. You were also amazing and again made sure we had a table ready with our drinks upon arrival. Both of these men always made us feel welcome.
The smallest criticism we have was the entertainment board didn't view the correct entertainment for the nights so there were times when we booked a restaurant and missed the entertainment.
In the future we will definitely be coming back and this time we will be bringing our kids :)
Thank you also to Gad from Thompson who was there if we needed anything and always asking if we were ok. Our first morning here we went down to see Gad for a meeting. Although you will be thinking you're on holiday and the last thing you want is to be sat in a room listening to some guy about a holiday you have already decided on, it was really worth the half hour to get an insight on deals for excursions and things to be wary of and just knowing where to go if you need help. Thank you to everyone for this amazing honeymoon.

Booked a garden view room and on arrival late at night we were given a top floor near reception, however going out onto the balcony early next morning discovered a terrible noise from a building to the side, we complained and requested a room change and we were offered a ground floor room on the other side of the building with another upgraded room in a couple days as it was Eid and the hotel was full but on viewing the ground floor we were perfectly happy with it and declined the upgrade. The room was cleaned everyday and was a nice walk down to the beach daily. The beach was half full and we had no problems getting beds, staff were fab and brought drinks over regular to us, we did tip but were happy to as nothing was too much trouble and they really made our holiday. Loved the jetty and we snorkelled every day bought our beach shoes for £5 and snorkel £4 from the shop in reception . The only downside was the hassle every 5 min from the spa staff, they just don't take no for a answer and stood and woke us up several times when having a nap and just don't stop.

We used the Italian and Chinese the most and the Mediterranean a couple of times and loved them, again the staff were great as was the food and all the managers remembered us by name. Afterwards we sat in the main lobby and had a few drinks staff again remembered our names drinks etc , staff at the bar were great. Few Russians and others celebrating Eid but they never bothered us however the way they treat staff is disgusting to watch!

We had a great time and would go back again , prob upgrade to a beach room as that's were we spend our time ,but still happy with the garden view rooms just request quiet if you can. There is a supermarket just out the main gate to the right and really cheap.

I work in travel so fussy and I was a little worried by the bad reviews but I was honestly surprised and loved it, so don't listen to them, and thank you to all the staff you made our holiday special.

Stayed here again for the 7th time in October. Having visited Egypt 15 times we always find ourselves revisiting the Grand Azure again and again. The staff here are lovely with a warm welcome on every visit & cant do enough for you. Cant think of anything bad to say about the place, the food is really nice in both the speciality restaurants & in the buffet. Just want to mention Khalied in the green room who looked after us so well. Just in the process of booking again for next year.

Room Tip: Book a junior suite for green room upgrade if you can afford

Once again a great holiday in this hotel
i've said it all before,this hotel caters for
most normal peoples needs,the friendliest
staff you could wish to meet,and i'll say it
again this hotel means all inclusive and
once people enter the best reception area
in nabq its WOW all the way

Stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2013 and found the F&B team,
Food and facilities to be first class.

Ayman the Director of F&B was always on site and very helpful. Khaled, Mahmoud and Abrehem were all excellent as well.

Only downside was the spa staff continually pushing treatments on you.

Will return next year.
