Exceptional experience, the weather was fantastic. From the moment of arrival we were greeted with exceptional service. The staff within in the restaurant in the prestige were up-beat, talkative and well mannered. The food was good and light, not feeling stuffed when exiting the restaurant. Making sure that their clients were entertained seemed to be an important priority for the staffOne feels completely safe within the primacies. Thank you for such a great experience! Would highly recommend this hotel!

This is an excellent resort with all what a family need for perfect vacation . I would really recommend it and willing to come back again. Several beaches, restaurants and lots of activities and easy access to sea for snorkeling and diving. Adel

Room Tip: A room with sea view or to look at the swimming pool

We were originally booked into the Elisir but we upgraded to the Prestige and I'm glad we did. The hotel itself is quite small but its located on a massive complex with several others, to get around there are open air mini-busses called Taf-Tafs which run 24/7 and are very regular so there's not much waiting around.

The Prestige is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are a credit to the Domina chain, we've been to Egypt 10 times and they were the best we have come across. Our room ( 52110 ) overlooked the smaller of the 2 pools and had a brilliant view of the beach and sea, the room itself was beautiful and the cleaner did a fantastic job with the towel art and cleanliness, we had a couple of issues with the jacuzzi bath but these were solved almost as soon as they were reported.

We ate in the El Wadi restaurant which is small so can get a bit overcrowded at times but you just have to judge what time you eat and you can get a very peaceful experience. The food can be a bit repetitive but you get this at any hotel when you stay for longer than a week so can't really complain that much.

This hotel chain is owned by an Italian company so its very much focussed on them and also Russians and mainly Eastern European but there were a few Brits there so your never long before you hear a familiar accent.

Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

From the moment of arrival to departing, everything possible was done by staff to make for a memorable stay--check in, rooms, pool, check out, porterage etc. etc.

Attention to detail and concern for guest satisfaction by all staff was very impressive.

The 'Plaisirs' Restaurant service for breakfast and dinner was outstanding, and easily ranked the best to date, having stayed previously in many hotels throughout the world. As the name Prestige implies, though situated within an enormous hotel complex, you can stay 'in splendid isolation', and is perhaps not the first choice for those guests with young families wanting facilities to keep themselves and families entertained--perhaps one of the other Domina Resorts within the complex would be more appropriate.

There is certainly a need for this more intimate type of hotel set amidst the enormous complex, which is really far too big and possibly somewhat overall more impersonal. The Prestige is undoubtedly a jewel in the Domina crown, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others which is genuinely deserved, and which I already have done.

Room Tip: A sea-view room is preferable, being located on the same level as the excellent Plaisirs Restaurant and secluded and quiet swimming pool, for the exclusive use of Prestige guests.

stayed here with my friend aged 23 and 26 , we origainly booked in Elisir and upgraded prior to our departure to Prestige, when we arrived i couldnt believe the size of the hotel it was huge!! the room was lovely i was speechless when i walked in, it was very clean (cleaned daily with fresh linon and towels) bed comfy lots of room and storage space, a wardrobe each, big balcony with sofas, and pool and see view room , mini bar replenished daily with cola, fanta, sprite and water, and chocs left daily from the house keeping, we were in room 52111!
reception were great treat like a princess big thanks to Ibrahim at prestige reception,
we ate in elwadi restaurant for all our meals- they had egyption night, i was pleased with the food compared to some hotels ive stayed in in turkey/ tunisia, i am fussy, but there is alot of salad, chicken, pasta, soup, pizza, special mention to head chef Adel the staff were great and all the waitors! there are a range of al a cate restaurants to also eat in at a charge
beaches -are nice towels avaialble daily so save on luggage space no need to pack one,
bars- we mainly drank during the day on main beach/ sultan beach/ elisir pool, the only bar open after 22.00 is behia bar on the beach (take a cardi if your going it can be chilly with the breeze) beer was nice and wine was great! very impressed!!
getting around there are alot of coloured buses called taf tafs to take you arouund, prestige guests get the club car service which is very handy to take you anywhere 24/7,
Weather in feb was great around 25 -26 daily, highly reccomend the snokeling/ diving trip to tiran island cost £30, and we did the sand buggies and star gazing £51, both trips all inc food and drink and equipment,
nightlife- hotel night club stargate open midnight-4am all inc drinks but buy tickets from animation not on the door, there are different themed night ibiza party was great fun!!
naama bay is not within walking distance 5 mins in a taxi hotel black cab will cost you £6, or the white and blue outside hotel 3.50, there is a bit of hassle in naama bay but just say la shockran (no thankyou) and say you have been there 5-10 times even if its your first visit we made this mistake! lots of people trying to sell oils/ perfumes, but everyone is very friendly there!
bars in naama bay to visit- camel bar- pasha, hard rock cafe, viva, paying approx £2 beer/ wine and £4-£5 for a cocktail, there is pizza hut/ maccy d's and kfc also,
overall great holiday! and value for money we paid! and we will be back!
