“Lovely hotel, few problems”

Great nice hotel but seemed nothing was going right for them when me and my family were there last week, for one my partner walked into the lobby when it was being fumigated not knowing because there was no caution signs anywhere, he and others including the man fumigating had to run out to be sick. Two a pole the weight of a scaffolding pole fell on a mans back at the bar. Three building work was just starting again near the aqua park banging from 8oclock in the morning. Four it says the bars opens at 9 but in fact it's 10ish and they are always running out of drinks. Five our room was never really cleaned properly 2inch of dust on the sides and under the beds, the cleaner never made us anything out of towels and sometimes forgot to give us any towels bedding. Six air conditioning in the lobby and main restaurant is not working, it's too hot to sit in at night so you have to sit out in the dark. Couple of arrogant staff too.

We are particularly surprised of your mention with regards to the staff who is our main hospitality trademark and recognized positively by an overwhelmed number of customers.Nevertheless, we shall remain vigilant that all Employees do provide welcoming memories. For the other points referred to, we have adjusted or corrected and then, are training our staff members on in order to better the customers’ experience and avoid reoccurrence.

My first holiday to sharm but deffenitly not my last
The hotel is absolutely beautiful it is brand new and the rooms are the best I have ever been in I was in a superior room with a seating area setee and chair coffe table ect at the other end a giant bed then into the shower room which is at wet room and 2 showeres behind a glass wall
The bed linen and towels pristine white the rooms certainly have the WOW factor some have robes and slippers but we didn't and a fridge which is stocked with sweets and drinks[we asked ours to be removed cos we only wanted water] I was in block 22 and could get wifi in our room well enough to facetime the family back home [not everybopdy has wifi in room] it is mainly in reception and unlimited free the pool areas are huge with a large varity of slides the gardens are new so they are still in the process of growing but are well maintained there are 3 bar areas 2 by the pools which are open till 10 ish and the lobby bar open till 12 then you pay the only disappointing bar is the skybar whitch you have to pay for all drinks so there is nowhere to get away from the kids [the travel agent told us this was also AI] but it is a minor prob
rooms have flatscreen tellys with excellent movie channels and nobody moans if you take your drinks back
there are 2 resteraunts the food court [like a street of takeaways ] and the main restaurant the food was mainly of a very high standard but because it was new and the hotel was pretty empty I think they had a few probs working out where and when the people were going to eat so just afew teething probs and the A/C in the main restaurant couldn't cope but I belive that as now been sorted
THE STAFF
The staff are fantastic they can not do enough for you all smiling and eager to help the waiters round the pool are fantastic the wont let you fetch a drink they soon learn your name and drink the towel man comes round and makes your sun bed up and at dinner time puts a clean one one then comes round and polishs your sun glasses the restaurant staff are quick to fill your glass [the wines are very palatable]
the entertainment staff do a good job cos most people don't want to do much cos ITS CHUFFIN HOT
and lastly a big thankyou to MR DENNIS who takes the time to talk to and listen to the guest I hope to see you all again

Newly opened as we arrived so a few teething problems but amazing hotel with fantastic staff very keen to ensure that any little issues were resolved as soon as possible, our pool attendant Mohammad who looked after the quiet pool was brilliant friendly and genuine with excellent customer service skills also Ramadan our waiter at the food hall was amazing a real credit to the hotel, we have travelled all over the world and don't ever go back to same hotel but we will make an exception for this one! One tip though they didn't have the spraying for Mosquitos resolved and although I didn't get bitten some of my family did so take some spray,

Room Tip: We stayed by quiet pool but it depends on what you are looking for,

The whole resort is amazing. The staff, from pool boys to management cannot do enough for you. My six year old daughter cried for hours and did not want to come home.The kids club is professional and well organised. The entertainment staff are fun ,not in your face and have time for everyone. Food very good. We had a superoir delux room and it was beautiful. There is a real feel good factor around the hotel.
Well done Le royal holiday resort for making our holiday the best holiday we have had in a long time.....We will be returning next year........

Room Tip: Rooms near reception can get wifi.

just got back from 2 weeks in egypt at le royal holiday resort by far the best hotel i have ever been to.
not everything was open when we went but still had an amazing time so i assume it can only get better than it already is.
the welcome made you feel like royalty when we first arrived at the hotel.
the rooms are gorgeous, the beds are huge and so are the showers could fit a family in them
all staff are fantastic and work incredibly hard, the entertainment team keep you interested with games through the day and shows and games at night and always make an effort to get to know you and get you involved.
the rest of the staff at the hotel couldnt be more attentive, a special mention to mohammed (the assistant head waiter) in the aqua restaurant and mohammed (mo) who kept us topped up with drinks all day at the aqua bar they made a huge difference to our holiday and represent the hotel very well.
The food was beautiful and it didnt feel like a school canteen even tho it was buffet style, you were made to feel special, a shame the al a carte restaurants wasnt open but thats something for us to look forward to next time and we were never stuck for choice anyway.
it was the little things that made the holiday extra special such as the sunbeds (much more comfy than plastic) the little bowls of fruit and cake that were occasionally left in our room, nice little touches that didnt go un-noticed
all in all the hotel provided exactly what we wanted from our holiday and everything about it was perfect, we will definately be returning

We came back on Sunday night the 19th May 2013
The hotel is fantastic and the attention to detail in this place is second to none. Service is the main focus at this hotel, and it shows!!
There are a couple of issues which the hotel is aware of, but you expect an element of this in a new hotel. The ongoing works in the main is well disguised and it is taking place as quickly and quietly as possible.
Wifi works across the site and is free which is fantastic!
Food is excellent, the quality is fantastic and the environment is great.
Drinks and service from the bars is great and everyone insists on delivering everything for you even if you walk back with them!
Hotel cleanliness is good.
The animation team work very hard to get everyone to enjoy themselves but not in an overwhelming manner David and Andriano great and Jordan was coming out of her shell.
A couple of names to mention from the pool Areas are Salah at the first pool he really looked after everyone and Emad the pool waiter was fab he couldn't do enough for you!!!
If you have those guys dealing with you you will have a great holiday.
