Going again in September. Last stay was so good now going for 10 days. Total RnR. Dont need to leave hotel or Soho so added bonus of not having to deal with all the "wiseboys" outside. Superb beach and good proper booze which I like on holiday. A Vodka screwdriver made with fresh orange, squeezed on the spot, if you get the idea. Not carton crap.

Cant praise the staff enough. Really helpful and polite. If you dont want to be bothered with the rest of Sharm which is a bit of a dump anyway, this is the place to go. Easy, relaxed and a better level of hotel guests around you this is where you want to be. Awsome.

If you have been to the other "5" stars in Egypt you will quickly deduce why this is probably an 8 star, relatively speaking of course.

Dear Guest ,

I would like to cordially thank you for your very positive summary referring to your first visit to The Savoy Hotel. We are delighted to read that you are considering returning to a hotel for a second visit in September and that hotel is the Savoy. It seems that we do have that effect on some of our guests.

Soho Square is just a few steps away and is the entertainment centre for Sharm El Sheikh. It is home to countless hassle-free shops, bars, restaurants, cafés and boasts an ice skating rink, a bowling alley, a cinema showing the history of Egypt on panoramic, wrap-around screens and an amazing dancing fountain with light, music and fire! And if you get a little hot during the day, pop into Africa’s only Ice Bar for an uplifting experience. The centre stage hosts all kinds of acts including singers, bands, acrobats and other entertainers while the Crystal Live Lounge is a chic, intimate bar for pre- or post-dinner drinks to the smooth tones of an international vocalist every night.

Here at the Savoy, we believe that having choices is one of the most important factors of a good holiday so we have developed our resort into a small world of choices to keep our guests entertained and amused during their stay. But of course, for those who just want to chill, the beach, the pools, the spa and the lounges and bars will be just perfect.

We all look forward to seeing you again soon.

Kind regards,

Jacques PETER

We have recently just returned from this superb hotel. It really had all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday. We booked through Holiday Designers who provided the most wonderful service which included a meet and great at the Airport where we were whisked through and treated like royalty. Our room in the hotel was very spacious and had a marvelous balcony/terrace which was huge. We were S Class which meant we could dine and drink at all the bars and restaurants in Soho Square. All these restaurants were brilliant. I could not fault any of them. There were so many to choose from which meant we could dine on different cuisine every night. The restaurants in the hotel were also amazing and the sea food restaurant on the beach was delightful. We had fabulous fresh fish every day. The staff were terrific and couldn't of been more helpful. A great week was had by all and I would not hesitate to return.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for the “Fantastic’” words. We are delighted that you chose our hotel for such a special occasion and we are very proud that the SAVOY Hotel met your expectations with all the facilities and services provided.

We are delighted that you enjoyed the restaurants here in the Savoy and just a short stroll away in Soho Square. It makes a huge difference to be able to have such choices every night and that’s why our unique S-Class ultra all-inclusive is so popular and such a good deal.

Thank you for the good comments on our colleagues’ service. This is a result of intensive training in terms of language skills, medical fitness and lifestyle as we operate our own Hotel School, which is unique in Egypt and the Middle East. Accordingly, the Savoy team spares no effort to ensure that all guests enjoy the same high-quality service.

We look forward to welcoming you back again soon in sunny Sharm El Sheikh.

Kind Regards,

Jacques PETER

We'd a great Easter vacation at savoy, nice place in the middle of soho square where all you need around you. Great food and very good hospitality and friendly staff. Clean rooms with lovely views and nice snorkeling spot right in the beach of the hotel. Have alot of varieties of activities for all ages, the only concern was their animation team, they need to be more active and alive. It was a really great vacation worth the try ;)

Just got back from a family Easter Holiday met some great people most of which had stayed at the Savoy before. It was our first time to Egypt and The Savoy and I hope it won't be the last. We met Mohamed Mostefa on the first night as he showed us to our rooms and he was very helpful my husband joked he should get an award for Concierge of the year. Other staff to mention is Bakly around the pool and Atef serving drinks all day in the extreme heat. All the staff are a credit to the Savoy and give the best service I have experienced in a hotel or a cruise ship. The only negative thing that I would like to mention is that in the hotel bathrooms the shower head is fixed to the wall it is helpful with children if you can remove the shower to wash your hair etc. The only other point I would like to make regarding the S Class is that we went for a drink in the Queen Vic, Soho Square and found out that the S Class is only included here till 8pm.I think it would be great if this time was extended as most people are having dinner at this time and the Queen Vic was a nice place to sit and relax with a drink . Thankyou for a Fantastic Holiday we hope to return.

Dear Guest,

I’m so pleased you enjoyed your 01st holiday with us and will certainly return. Thank you for choosing the Savoy and for the fantastic feedback concerning our staff and the quality of service.

The S-Class all-inclusive is probably the best plan in Egypt in that you have so many eating and drinking options during your stay as well as a free massage, laundry, bowling and ice skating. And then quality of the restaurants would rival many a top London establishment.
It has been wonderful hosting you and we look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back in the not-too-distant future.

Kind regards,

Jacques PETER

Myself, husband and 10 yr old daughter have just returned from our 3rd visit to this resort and this hotel never fails to deliver. If you are looking for guaranteed sunshine, excellent service where nothing is ever too much trouble, great variety of restaurants, bars & entertainment and all in an extremely very clean environment, then The Savoy is for you..... Once again, from the moment you arrive at the 'border' to Soho Square, you are greeted by a golf type buggy that whisks you to the main reception of the Hotel. Greeted by staff with a complimentary arrival drink and a bag of goodies for the children (mine didn't want it this time, deeming herself 'too grown up') you are offered the opportunity to upgrade or switch (if you're not already) to S Class (all inclusive). All done so easily we're then transported to our rooms where our luggage is already waiting alongside a huge bowl of fruit and chocolates (not sure if this is general or because we're returning guests!) We asked for the room configuaration to be different, this was done immediately, we needed extra hangers, they were bought within 5 minutes - as I say, nothing is too much trouble! The staff are fun, always friendly and you do get to know them during the length of your stay - they are not intrusive and know if you do not want to be bothered. Guys will come by during the course of the day to offer you diving expeditions, rides on the sea, submarine and even the hotel beautician will ask if you require any services - none of them rude and insistent, simply 'nice' - Take an hour at the end of the day to have a massage in the Spa, this is devine. There is so much to do at night for all ages and having Soho Square on your doorstep is perfect once you've exhausted the 'in house' restaurants - favourite restaurants in the hotel are the Italian and Seafood restaurant for lunch down at the beach. In Soho Square, you must try the Thai and the Japanese - both food to die for! Breakfasts are plentiful and left not wanting for anything. If I had to find fault (which is hard) it would be that they are missing a trick by closing the pool bar at sun-down and possibly no sunloungers available if you don't get up at the crack of dawn to put your towel down (however, if you get friendly with the pool guys they will do this for you!) All in all, this place is always hard to leave and upon our return we booked to go back in June for a 4th time to celebrate my 50th - we're taking our eldest son's (freeloaders aged 20 & 21!) as this place really does have everything to satisfy all ages - but not in a tacky way - I think as we're all heading off to bed, they'll be heading out but I can't wait to get back there. If you are able, it is well worth the extra expense and booking 'S Class' as this covers the cost of EVERYTHING, even all the bars and restaurants in Soho Square and with older children (like me who will undoubtedly be picking up the cost) this will be well worth the cost! Enjoy!

Dear Guest,

I’m so pleased you enjoyed your 03rd holiday with us and will certainly return. Thank you for choosing the Savoy and for the positive feedback concerning our staff and the quality of service.

I’m delighted that you liked the hotel and our unique S-Class ultra all-inclusive package. It gives you such freedom to dine wherever you like in any of our 14 à la carte restaurants throughout the Savoy and Soho Square. In addition to the restaurants there are umpteen bars and cafés to drop into so it really is the most comprehensive package in the entire region of Sharm El Sheikh.

It has been wonderful hosting you and we look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back in the not-too-distant future.

got back last night from The Savoy, we booked a suite with sea view and even though the room ways quite a walk from the pool and beach, once we found the quick way involving the lift did not take to much energy to get to and from the room, The room was great, very clean large with lots of draw space for unpacking, a shower room and bathroom both with toilets and also surround sound from the 2 tv's, our cleaner was sent from heaven and nothing was too much trouble for him, fresh flowers and a fruit basket was there to welcome us, and changed mid week for more fruit, beds r huge and very comfy, we got a free tray every evening with 6 small samples of fish dishes, the red sea king prawns r to die for, because we had a suite we also had 2 balcony's, the s class all inclusive was well worth having as it gave us all drinks and food in all restaurant's in the hotel as well as in soho square, All the pools were clean and 2 r heated which even in the hot weather was great, all staff are friendly and very helpful, My only moan would be the toilets in public places, none were close to the pools so dread to think how many kids much pee in the pool rather than have to walk back into the main hotel,
The snorkelling from the beach was amazing, so many fish to see, we also done a 3 hour speed boat trip to the island and wrecks, and on the way back our driver found us a pod of over 100 dolphins which we spent 20 mins playing with and racing the waves, my 7 year old grandson said it was the best day of his life, so all in all we had a fab holiday and send our best wishes to all the staff and thank then all for our wonderful stay,

Room Tip: if u want a bit of luxury book a suite, 2220 for a fab sea view
