We have been home since Saturday, having just had 2 fabulous weeks in Magic Life. The complex is excellent, there is something for everyone's tastes. The position from the beach is stunning. Security is excellent! Staff go above and beyond for all your needs. The food suited all the families different tastes and there are 4 serving a day!!! The choices are amazing and again excellent food. We were in block 21 and this completely suited us as it was right by the relax pool, which was a short walk away from the main multi activity pools. The only thing with the relax, its is supposed to be child free, but we enjoyed playing in the pool, but it could get annoying when kids are throwing n splashing when your floating or sitting. That's my only humph. Pool bar, Omar and Peter deliver your drinks, remember your different choices. Eagles lounge bar, Sam and Omar are a fab time, they are efficient, real characters, we loved them to bits, they really did look after us. Suiss Café is positioned at the tower, the cakes are amazing but it opens at 4 in the afternoon and is a good viewing point for the shows in the main area, Sam will look after you, again another smashing chap. In the main restaurant Noby is the main star, he totally goes above and beyond in all his duties, we all loved this guy. xxx
We are planning on going again next year, absolute tonic.

Room Tip: blocks 20-24 are the rooms around the relax pool. All others are ranging from beach-activity pool s...

Returned on 19th Aug. family of 4 staying for 10 nights. Very friendly hotel set in beautiful gardens and a short walk from a wonderful reef. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and cheerful even in the heat of August. The food in the main restaurant was of a good standard with plenty of choice even for a slightly fussy 12 year old! I would recommend eating at the speciality restaurants within the hotel grounds which were amazing and a real dining highlight. Our bedroom was fairly basic but extremely clean and the air-con and TV were fine. The pool was huge and never had a problem finding sun beds in the shade at any time of the day. A big thank you to the club magic life entertainment team who worked tirelessly throughout the day and deep into the evening. Our children loved the kids club despite turning their noses up at previous kids club on other holidays. We all snorkelled everyday and truly were amazed at the beautiful reef and colourful fish, another real highlight of the holiday. I would recommend the mountain bike trips in the early mornings, once out of the resort and away from the building sites that seem to be everywhere in town, the mountains and desert were stunning!
Wellness staff can be a little persistent but we never felt over pressurised to take the spa treatments. A firm no thank you worked every time. Take shoes to paddle in the shallows by the beach and to walk on the hot hot paths around the hotel.
Local drinks were fine and the cocktails were almost the real deal! Good family holiday which was really relaxing for two stressed out parents who quickly chilled out and enjoyed ourselves. Even upon return to work the 10 days worth of emails to wade through did not seem as bad as on previous years, must be the 'fish' effect !

Room Tip: We had ground floor garden view junior suite. Block 22 very quiet but central for all the hotel.

We went to Club Magic Life on 10th August till 24th, there were 8 in our party a mix of family and friends, 4 of our group had been to CML before several times.
When we arrived the hotel looked beautiful, and we were made to feel welcome from the start. The rooms we had been put in were all next to each other, as requested and I had an adjoining room next to my teenage children. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
The grounds are immaculate, gardeners working on them every day. The main restaurant had a good variety of dishes, most being cooked fresh infront of us. It was also very clean. The waiting staff also did a great job, and were very attentive. The beach is just beautiful, with a long pontoon and steps down to the sea for swimming and snorkelling. The water is beautifully clear with an abundance of colourful fish .
The pool, now this was my favourite, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool area was clean, and the pool bar staff were outstanding, bringing round bottles of water, drinks of your choice, and a selection of cocktails during the day. The pool bar also did toasted sandwiches and hotdogs during the day. All the staff were great, helpful and friendly, but one stood out, he was very helpful attentive, and always polite. He worked so hard in such high temperatures and always had a smile on his face, so a special "Thank you to Mohamed Elsayed"
The entertainment team, well what can I say Blooming Awesome, kept us entertained day and night, "Well done guys, Thank you"
The only thing that has let the hotel down was Wifi, the signal was up and down all the time, and we had to get a code voucher from reception to use the wifi which allowed only 2 hours at a time, although we could get voucher after voucher.
All in all we had a fantastic holiday, and would recommend it. We will go back to CML next year, we all loved it

As a couple we visited this hotel last year for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. This hotel provides every thing you could want from an exciting all inclusive hotel.

The facilities were excellent with clean rooms equipped with a tv, aircon, a safe and a balcony. The activity pool area is massive, with enough sun loungers, a pool bar, free towels and activities all day. There is however a generously sized quiet pool with a pool bar for those who want a relaxing lazy day. The adjoining beach is lovely with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, beach bar, jetty to the snorkeling part of the sea, toilets, showers and games areas.

The catering is excellent the buffet restaurant is massive and the al a carte restaurants are superb, you do have to book for these but we got to the booking area five minutes early each time and had no problem. The service is excellent and the staff deserved the tips they receive.

The rep service of Thomson was much appreciated by ourselves and we went on trips to the waterpark and the nighttime visit to Naama Bay which we really enjoyed. We didn't go out of the hotel much last year as there was trouble in Cairo and security was tight but we always felt safe inside the hotel.

The bars were excellent and all drinks served were to a high standard! The night entertainment was varied in our opinions, we loved the beach party, pool party, bingo and karaoke however the ampitheatre shows and dancing were not to our tastes. We thought they could have improved variety by doing a quiz, having live 'good' music and perhaps tribute bands.

We were coerced into having a photography session with the onsite photographers, this session lasted a long two hours and was very forced and at times uncomfortable. We surprising loved the photos that they captured and discussed buying some, which was when we discovered how expensive it is, £100 for a CD of photos and about 10 printed. We felt ripped off to be honest.

The trip and hotel was excellent in my opinion however we did fall ill with upset stomachs, we are sure this was not the food and suggest other reasons. This passed quickly and did not ruin the experience at all.

One of my best vacation experiences in years, incredible staff and top organised hotel, lots of activities, great pools and beach, wonderful and amazing restaurants and food there, large variety of drinks. This hotel offers more than all inclusive, this place is just Magic life. Must be one of the best hotels of Magic life chain in the world.

The hotel was lovely the rooms were pleasant and met our needs. The pool area was lovely and beds were always available, if you want a good family time then it's best to stay away from the quiet pool as my children were asked to be quiet when playing on their first day. This pool was nicknamed 'gods waiting room' we later found out. The kids had a great holiday and the hotel reps were great and kept them entertained, because they were entertained, it meant our holiday was that more enjoyable. Our children are 11&13. There is water games, table tennis, football, archery, aerobics, Zumba, snorkelling, beach volleyball and scuba diving to get involved in.
One thing we were told was the tips that go into the boxes get divided every 6 months to all staff including management. They get the biggest cut and the workers see little of it, how true
I don't know.

Arrived late evening on the 8th Aug after a very uncomfortable flight (Thomson) and shown to our room in block 14. At around 1 am we were awoken by what seemed to be a family gathering on our landing. This happened on recurring nights, so we requested a change of rooms which was dealt with in the most efficient and politest manner. That was the only downside to what was a fantastic holiday in the sun. Our new room overlooked the relax pool in block 21 with lovely views of the gardens. Over the two weeks of our stay, Osama, Khalid and Peter ran themselves ragged looking after us with hot and cold drinks from 9 until 6, afternoon cold flannels were a welcome touch. Mohammed was the excellent and extremely friendly pool attendant ensuring we had clean towels and ample shade when needed. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful, polite and hard working keeping the grounds, the pools and rooms clean and tidy. The main restaurant is buffet style and no-one could complain about the quality, quantity and varied menu each and every day with themed nights daily. The Mai Thai restaurant offered menus from around the world through the day and a Thai a la carte in the evenings. Other a la carte restaurants are Italian and Egyptian. We met some very friendly holidaymakers around the pool area especially Spence and his lovely family( hello girls), but some irresponsible, selfish parents allowed their offspring to turn the quiet relax pool into a noisy childrens play pool. Of the four hotels we have stayed at in Egypt we have to say, hand on heart, this was the best and we will return. Thank you to all the staff for making this a fantastic holiday in the sun.

Room Tip: Upper floor pool view in blocks 21 or 20
