We spent Xmas and New Year, arrived 24/12/2013 and returned 07/01/2014.
The first 4 days where awful but once we were moved to the Harem it was lovely, the staff and service there was amazing as was the food.
Thank you for making our holiday xx

Just got back first time in Egypt. The people in the hotel are lovely the only two things that spoilt it was fly's you can't do nothing about them and the shop owners that experience itself. We understand they have to make a living and its part of their way of life.Just felt like we had to run the gauntlet to get through the shops.

We were talked into upgrading with full board, was a smart move the room was huge with large balconey, great views, pools very close with towel guys.
Snorkling was Ok off the beach.
The resort is huge 3500 rooms, and taf taf buses to get around 24/7.
Wifi was very slow with lots of dropouts.
Food selection was just fine, drinks were local brand and tasted like petrol.
There are shops at small supermarket.
It is a russian resort and you hardly hear English.
Flys, we have never seen so many anywhere before, bring fly spray to spray mozzies in the room.
It's a very very hilly place so if you can't walk up and down steep hills don't come here.
We still enjoyed the stay, staff were very friendly.

I have just returned were do i start.not ai only 2 restaurants you can use.and if you want a drink even worse no free drinks in reception or lobby.even in arena with family you have to pay for drinks.we had to walk down from arena to Bahia bar get drinks walk back very poor ai.had to buy bottle water only free in a plastic cup.2pools one had a school swimming so difficult to get in and out of pool gas for swim lessons.when i complained to reception i was rudely told by quest relation to use another pool.when i said i paid to come here to relax and pick what pool i wanted to go too.and wasn't being told were i could swim.food well appalling choice unless you like chicken rice chips beef fish no taste soup.breakfast was even worse only went down once poor choice.the only thing i liked were the staff polite(except guest relations)after my complaint.standard rooms are dated and need revamp all furniture wants updating, restaurant on late arrival i wanted to leave there and then my first impression was dirty furniture table legs and chair legs just grim start i wanted to cry.iv lost so much weight as i cant eat the same rubbish every day,iv lived of 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, salad for tea.this is an honest review and i have not returned yet

Very friendly staff, nice hotel, only problem is the limited bars in the evening catering to the all inclusive guests. The only one close to me was over half a mile away, no chance of taking a drink back to the room!

This resort has some areas of natural beauty. However the all inclusive areas are very poor and crowded. Had to upgrade the room to Kings Lake which was nice. Still stuck with all inclusive restaurants ( 2 ) One full of Noisy Russians . The other was ok but not for every meal ! Advice to an older couple like us would be don't go there. Never again.....

This is not a 5 * hotel, it was like a ghost town the staff were not friendly and was no help the resort was very confusing not very well built and it takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the beach. We went all inclusive however most of it we had to pay for. The food selection at dinner and evening meal were terrible hardly anything to choose from. We was meant to stay for 2 weeks but ended up leaving for another hotel after just 4 days. May I Also add the rooms are infested with mosquito's and are very unclean. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Dear Guest,
thanks for taking the time to post your comments on Trip Advisor.
However we are surprised and disappointed in reading that your experience was negative even about our staff kindness.
As for the food, we understand that this can be a personal subject where opinions can vary to a large degree. Our buffet offers a wide range of dishes and recipes to satisfy different tastes and expectations and our Chefs are always at disposal to listen to any possible request and need.
Really a pity that your dissatisfaction was not brought to their attention during your stay. This would have allowed them a prompt intervention.
Our all inclusive formula provides the access to 5 all inclusive points, one of them open until midnight Domina Time, and offers a rich drinks package; soft drinks, local beer, wine, tea and coffee. In the afternoon snacks, fruit, cakes and ice cream. From 18.00 at Bahia Bar additional local spirits are served, including vodka, gin, rum and whiskey.
A 5 line taf taf service is constantly and frequently operating to allow our guests to move easily through the Resort.
We do hope to host you again to have the opportunity to make you experience a fulfilling holiday and make your current opinion change.
With our best regards
Domina Coral Bay
