It is a really nice hotel with nice surroundings.
The staff in the reception is talking very fast - so it was not really possible to understand all of the information we got (result: we did not understand the concept of different levels of all inclusive - how can there be that?). We bought WiFi for the whole week (we where promised that it will work in the room as well - not quite) and when we complained we got the answer that we could be in the lobby - the signal would be better there... But that was not our intention.
The staff in the bars and especially in the restaurant where really really nice and helpful - we felt very special being in the restaurant and if we were missing something it was delivered after few minutes. Our greetings to Abd El Wahed and Nazih :-)
The gym was not much of a gym - there where five cardio-machines (not all of the working), three wight-machines and some free-weights. There was no sanitizer to clean the machines after use. And I could have wished more machines (maybe a bike?).
The healthclub was a room behind the gym where you could get massage of various quality (mine was quite bad and my friends was very good). So try it once before you pay for 5 times ;-)
The beach was very nice and the possibilities for snorkling where really really good directly from the jetty. The staff on the beach was very intrusive - even if you had closed your eyes they came to talk to you.
We came for the snorkling and for relaxing - so at all a good hotel! But I still don't get the different levels of "all inclusive".
