Just back from a great 12 days at Sharm Cliff, our first time in Egypt and will definitely be back. Great location for Namma Bay shops and night life. We had pool view rooms which where a decent size, good air con and serviced daily. Pool area and whole hotel very clean. Only issue was the food, although plentiful there was not much variation. We ordered room service a few times which was really good and good value, would be nice if some of this food was available within the all inclusive! Plenty of good places to eat in naama at reasonable prices.
The hotel staff are excellent and really made our holiday. To many to mention but in particular, pool attendants Mohammad and Alhussain, bar manager Mohammed and staff were fantastic. Animation team Yulia and co were always good fun.
Naama bay it's self is great, it's very busy at night but great atmosphere. I had some reservations because hearing stories of being aggressively hassled by shop keepers but we never found this at all. Yes they always say come in my shop ect, but just a friendly no thank you did the trick. We also went in many shops and were left to have a look round without too much hard sell. Overall a great place if you like a bit more than just sitting round the pool.

Room Tip: Ground floor pool rooms were great.

We appreciate your compliments on our excellent staff, location, rooms and cleanliness.

The food is buffet style, but it is catered more with Egyptian and Russian food tastes in mind, as we do not have as many English guests as we would like to. However as you said the room service is great and a good price, the room service menu was specifically designed for English tastes. When we get more English guests we can definitely look into adding more things similar to or from the room service menu to our buffet.

We hope to see you again on your next trip to Sharm, thanks.

Hotel a bit tired didn't like the tiny plastic cups of water we got being All-inclusive , food wasn't bad more for the Egyptian and Russian guests than English .They had trouble with both pool filters while we were there so only one pool in use . Loud music round the pool not good why do they do that , I just want to chill and read my book I ended up sat wearing ear plugs. we had problems with the aircon and having no hot water which the did sort out right away . All the staff were lovely couldn't do enough for you the pool guy the guy in the bar all the dinning room staff and our lovely cleaner and Adam who owns the shops in there, by your perfume from him its far better than from the shops in the town. all in all the hotel needs some money spending on it but they do there best with what they have well done

We are disappointed that the hotel did not meet your expectations. However, we thank you for your compliments on our staff and their helpfulness.

We are working on upgrades to all areas, but are starting with the rooms and furnishings. Once that is done we will be able to work on the outside areas and public areas.

The rooms closest to the pool probably are the loudest, if you go to your room and it's still too loud for your then you may ask to be moved, as long as there is space we will give you another room.

The music is not all day, but we will take your suggestion into consideration, thank you.

Just thought I would let you know what a fantastic hotel this is. Staff excellent, Shafwat Saadad in reception bar fab. Mohammad the bar manager and staff, friends for life and Eric (customer relations manager), what can I say but 'A super star'. Eric made us so welcome and again friend for life. Very clean and inexpensive hotel, cater to all your needs. Restaurant staff and manager fantastic. Will definitely return next year and the year after.
Naama bay market good for gifts etc.....

Room Tip: All rooms big. If I had a choice I would have a pool room next time but my room was brill anyway.

Location of the hotel was perfect! Near tourist street with shops and restaurants. Wind beach 2 minutes with hotel's bus, coral beach 10 minutes. Coral beach is fantastic!!
Rooms were large, pool perfect. Everything was good except the food. It didn't taste at all. And conditioners didn't work in the rooms so it was too hot to sleep. And our room was near to the stage and some nights it was too noisy.
But I really recommend this hotel! We will come back! :))

We appreciate your compliments on our location, large rooms, and perfect pools.

The food is buffet style, changing daily, and with a wide range. But room service is designed for English tastes and cheaper than eating in town if you would like to try it next time.

If the room is too noisy you can request to be moved, if there are rooms available we will do our best to accommodate requests, please do ask.

Also, please call reception as soon as you notice a problem, such as the air conditioner not working. We will send someone to your room quickly, any time of the day or night. We were unaware of your issue until after you left the room, but would have gladly fixed it for you.

We appreciate your feedback, and hope you will consider staying here again on your next trip to Sharm, thanks.

Was gr8 hotel to spend my honeymoon.. me &my wife enjouyed lots..all stuff was so lovely..the price was so low..nice rooms and food so tasty..hope to come back again..wish this hotel always go like this..ty sharm cliff☺☺

Allthings in the hotel is very nice really staff is brilliant although it was the first time for me but it will not be the last iwould like to thank the staff for thier attitude and kind of pleasure that they give to us but iwant to say sorry they must di some thing in order to improve the quality of food no more choice really will come back if they will do some thing to improve food quality

We appreciate your compliments on our staff and that the hotel is very nice.

However we do feel that it is a bit unfair to rate only 1 star, based solely on food, when you mentioned that all other aspects of the hotel were good.

The food is buffet style, and changes daily. If it is not to your tastes, you can always order room service, which is very good value, fast, and fresh, and designed to English tastes, this will cost you less than eating in town. And as many many guests have said, our prices are low, it is good value for money, so if you do want to pay extra and get your own food, you are still getting a good deal here. Also, we do review the menu, and discuss it with management regularly, so it probably would be different if you did choose to try coming here again anyway.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I was not disappointed, it is friendly and every member of staff from top killer (mosquito controller) right up to the management always have a friendly smile., the food was buffet style and was always very good,with plenty of choice, the rooms and the general hotel grounds are very clean, the animation team were very good and friendly ,and the beauty salon was great small, but Alex and Ahmed went out of their way to fix my nails after they had closed, generally nothing is too much trouble for the staff ,and I'm missing them already, cant wait to go back to this hotel

Room Tip: we had an upstairs pool view room which was perfect for us
